Great experience today! The lady in the cafe was very knowledgeable about the membership program. She basically sold it for us and we joined on the spot. Barista was good and helpful. Perfect drink to accommodate my study. Made the experience pleasant and thus placing Barnes ahead of the competition in my opinion. Books-A-Million has a lot to learn.
