Well Bank OZK has ruined yet another holiday weekend! Due to the fact that they will NOT post ANY deposits(cash or check) after 5pm on Friday I'm sure my family isn't the only one who had to cancel their family holiday weekend. They first did this to us on the Labor Day holiday weekend. When our paychecks that we deposited online via mobile deposit at 5:00pm on Friday, for which I feel sure it's the same time a large percentage of working class Americans get their paychecks as well, the bank then held our deposits until the next working day, which happen to be the following Tuesday. My biggest gripe is the fact that this bank knows the large majority of Americans are off work at around 5 PM. So tell me how in the world they are supposed to get their paychecks and get them deposited in the bank before 5 PM when the bank closes. When I called customer service to ask this very question I got nothing but snide and snarky comments of "how incredibly sorry they are but that's just company policy". You could really feel the compassion oozing through the phone... Yeah right. We canceled our long weekend trip because we could not afford to pay for the cabin we had rented. We had zero groceries because I had intended to buy groceries once we had gotten to the cabin. But now no cabin and No food. The whole $1.46 I had left in my bank account wasn't going to get even a taste for the five in my family. But never fear my completely personable. However a Customer service representative assured me that she felt really terrible about the situation and her brilliant resolution to this conflict was "may I suggest that you try to deposit your check on a better day or at a better time". Yes! Yes! That is the most helpful answer a customer service representative could ever give! Why didn't I think of that? Of course I sent a very thought out thank you email just to reiterate my gratitude for their brilliance. I was in contacted by such email by an equally impressive customer service representative. I was taking my money, and I was leaving bank of OZK when this gentleman convinced me to stay and give it one more chance. So I did.Fast forward to January 31. New Year's weekend. Once again I deposited my check at 5:15 on Friday before New Year's. I got up on Saturday to check to make sure my deposit had gone through and lo and behold guess what I found? My account was holding steady at a whopping $.42. Bank OZK had once again decided that they were not going to process any deposits until the following Tuesday. So here I am again stuck for a four-day weekend with children and friends and $.42 to feed them all weekend long. Not to mention canceling the long awaited New Year's eve plans because we had no money to pay for anything that night. I called customer service and got pretty much the same snarky attitude I had received once before. The customer service rep actually said to me "what do you want me to do about it". At first, I wasn't going to say anything, but then the more she went on about how this was my fault the shorter my fuse got. So I decided to end the conversation at this point because I was so furious that I was shaking.I was just like bank of Ozark to realize that not everyone gets off before 5 PM and have no time before five to load up run to the bank deposit your check and come back. How about staying open till six or 630? Not just staying open to receive deposits and take care of daily banking business, but to stay open with employees that can post deposits so that families don't starve and have to cancel family trips during the holidays and long weekend. I will no longer be with bank Ozk come Tuesday. And if you were a family who depends on your paycheck every week to support your family, I would definitely steer you far far away from this bank. If you ask me, one store is still way too much credit for them.

First time at this location as I've recently moved to the area. Absolutely the best in person banking experience I've ever received. Each person I interacted with was so warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to be around. I truly cannot thank each of the ladies enough. I will always look forward to coming to this branch.

I've worked with BotO for over a year and they are always so delightful. Super nice and positive people, always willing to take time to talk and get to know you. I see them serving the community well!
