I didn't realize it was a rarity to make an ATM that actually worked. But that's what I'm learning these days.

We visited as walk-ins at the Park Road branch to open student accounts, and the customer service was awesome! Before arriving, I called and spoke with Alisha who welcomed us to drive over even though we did not have an appointment. I called from another Bank of America that had a wait of about two hours. When we got to the Park Road location, Camille helped us open the accounts, and she went out of her way to provide extra information about services and navigating the BOA app - very patient and responsive to all of our questions. She also called us after we left the bank to make sure she had given us accurate information regarding an incentive that the bank had for new clients, and she also offered to be available if we had any other questions. Thank you!

Very polite, very friendly bank staff. We've opened account without SSN, which is very important for newcomers. Thank you all for so humble attitude. In future I'll visit only this office. :)

Today I received my March Bank of America Visa credit card statement I have just switched from American Express to Visa. The bank statement indicated that I had paid $300 extra above what the balance due was, but there was still a $35 interest charge well I guess when you're paid in full you have to pay interest for three months so I was $90 short in my February statement they cost me $17 interest so now I have $17 plus $35 and my guess is there's gonna be another $35 short so it's almost going to be $90 that it's going to cost me because I was short $90. I think this is so unfair to have to pay 100% interest

These one star reviews are a little bit silly. I had a bad expense at another Bank of America and came here to see if they could help. I was helped by Roweena and she was a huge help. I was needing to talk through options on purchasing a car and she laid the options out and helped me pick the best one for me. Thank you for your time and help today!

I unfortunately had to go back to this branch after withdrawing the max limit at the BoA Branch in South End. I was surprised how low the withdraw max was at both branches considering with how high inflation has gotten. Regardless I went to this branch yesterday and today in order to pay some contractors. Yesterday I and 4 other customers had to wait outside the branch because there was already 7 people in the teller line inside the branch. Today I gave up after being in line for 20 minutes because I needed to get back to work. BoA should know better than to only have 2 tellers working the lunch shift at this branch. It's not the employees fault. They are working as fast as they can. Regardless I think I'm done with BoA after 9 years.

They are not serving customers at this location. I’m not sure why the doors are open and there are workers in there. Maybe just lazy but they told me I will need to go to a different BOA for a cashiers check. Oh and they will let you stand around forever before telling you they can’t help you! No signs or anything. Thanks BOA. All the stuff I have with this bank - ridiculous.

When I went, pre-covid, very bad customer service by older lady at the counter. She seemed as though she was portraying an image for “certain people” not to enter the facility. I’m not sure if you understand, but yeah this isn’t the location for me.

“Since the landmark international Paris Agreement was signed in 2015, Bank of America has loaned over $156 billion to the fossil fuel industry[1]. It’s past time to stop lending to polluters!”
