Horrible customer service. They even charge an $8 fee to cash a check (written from one of their own accounts). I will never bank here again.

I have banked with bofa for 4 yrs and worked for BofA in the past for 8 years. I went to cash a check from another bank and they would not cash it. This was a cashier's check from wells Fargo so I know the funds are there. The teller told me if I deposited the check the funds would be available the next day, so I trusted her word and deposited the check. I asked her why I could not cash it, she said oh you are a new customer i said excuse me, I've been banking here for 4 years. She said dont worry the funds will be available tomorrow. I check my online account and bofa put a hold on my check for 9 days. I called customer service and asked them why there was a hold on my funds, he said it was a cashier's check and at the end of the day it's just paper. I said I wish the teller would have told me there was a possibility of a hold being placed and I would have went to wells Fargo myself and cashed the check that same day. Holding my money hostage for whatever reason is unacceptable period. And at the end of the day, money is just paper to. This is all about power and control and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Diego is amazing. We were denied, to to lack of knowledge and discrimination at the Bank of America on Conlan Circle. Diego knew what he was doing and helped partner us with the financial advisor. We had lost all faith in BOA and he restored it. He is a true asset.

The front desk guy named David should be fired. He was not in the desk for about half an hour. He was keeping saying "I cannot hear you" to hide the truth that the place has horrible service.

If it wasn’t for Vlad I probably would have switched banks at this point. I am at another BOFA now and they make it so difficult to wire any money. Thank god for Vlad.

Terrible customer service, first I waited for a notary appointment for a week and then the day of the appointment comes by and I receive a call saying that the notary will be gone indefinitely. Oh, let us also talk about the how they never pick up the phone and the online appointment scheduling system does not work. It is disappointing because I have been a loyal BOA customer for 10 years and I have never been so upset/enraged.

Terrible customer service, Unfriendly and incompetent. Didn't even make eye contact.Old school tellers, I have to beg to get served to put money into my account.Empty stares, when I put in my complaint (friendly of course). They just waited until I am done and leave; without service.AVOID!
