2 notaries on site still not notarizing, asking to wait for appointment. Other locations said appointments not required.Most of BofA locations don’t have notaries now.

Very disappointed with the service. My card blocked, account not able to access online or mobile app, nothing is working from past 10 days. When I called, they asked to visit branch and no result after visiting branch. They are taking 7-10 days to change phone number online and till that time account is totally blocked. I'm not able to use my account even in my emergencies. This is my 1st banking account in USA and can't believe the process of banking. Does all the banks in USA are the same?

Just had the best visit to a bank of America. Tonaya was friendly, patient, and very welcoming. I can't recommend her enough and hope she gets promoted. Thank you for raising the bar.

Without a doubt, the worst branch I have ever been to in the Charlotte area not only are they closed about every day the employees there are absolutely rude, and just ugly.

Would leave no stars if possible. Listed financial advisors(more specifically Holly Davies)never answer their phones, and there is no way to leave a message. This leaves you to hop around branches just to speak with someone about your interest or needs.

I went in for a very simple transaction. I needed a roll of quarters. I gave a $10 bill and got my roll, unfortunately when I got home I found my roll to be SHORT!!! In the mix of my quarters were NICKELS!!!!

I had a bit of a weird request, and both the teller (I didn't get her name, sorry!) and assistant manager Maegan went out of their way to try to help me, when "I can't do that" would have been a understandable answer. Thank you. :)

Worst bank around. Unfortunately have to use them for business. But do not go there if you're looking to get in and out quick. Won't happen. And they could careless. They will have 3 bank tellers sitting there with a line of people and only one helping people. Terrible customer service. Everytime.

Poor customer service. We was waiting for over 30 min but it was only 3 people on the line. They don’t speak to anyone either. When it was my turn lashanda had a bad attitude like me waiting is her fault. Then when I get there she moves me to the side and I asked politely how long and she gave me a face like I wasn’t suppose to ask when I’ve already been here for 30 min waiting

This bank is terrible, you will regularly wiat over an hour just to withdraw cash or deposit a check. I watched a person sit in line for an hour and a half to get a 10 and two 5s.They have no respect for appointment times, if you schedule one for 10 they wont even look at you unil 10:30. Which is ridiculous considering if YOU'RE not there within 15 minutes of the appointment its given to someone else.Their strategy for dealing with customers is asking them to be patiend isntead of doing their job and actually resolving the issue.

I scheduled appointment for 11:30 am and reached there at 11:25 am. They made me wait for over an hour before a banker spoke to me. No professionalism of respecting the scheduled appointment and a complete waste of time. Please visit other branches if you want work done on-time.Also the lobby manager did not even ask me what I am there for and my wait became longer for a small task. Very bad experience at this branch.

I walked in after a dentist appointment with creekside dental nearbyThere was a Manger by the name of SETH ASANTE who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite and patient.I was most impressed with his ability to multi taskAs he assisted me with my questions he promptly addressed customers entering the bank and routed them to their area of need.I do not take time to write reviews however, today I give exception because of the level of care experienced that day. Seth mentioned that he will be at another BOA at south end, this disappointed me because of the poor customer reviews I see on google.
