This location needs a line just for exterior wipe downs. Everyone isn’t here for full interior details. There’s no reason I should have to wait 20+ minutes just to have my vehicle dried off. Thinking about ending my subscription to the app as service is too time consuming at most locations.

I like to say the staff is really nice the carwash it's self doesn't clean all to great still has dirt on the lower part of my truck. The main reason for two stars is when cleaning my truck someone broke my trunk latch and just threw the plastic piece iny trunk and closed and said nothing I wouldn't be as upset if they would have said something but that's ridiculous broke trunk now I have to go get it repaired

Well I needed a quick car wash and it’s only 7:15 pm here and they are supposed to close at 8:00 pm. I don’t like leaving bad reviews on a business,but at least stay open until scheduled to close.

I went to this location this morning at 7:44am and waited five minutes and no one was there. I contacted customer service which took 10 minutes only to tell me there's nothing they can do to contact the location and why they aren't open 15mins after their posted opening time. Please I need someone from this location to help me understand why there's opening hours if you aren't going to honor then.

I'm always satisfied with how my car turns out after a car wash at this location. I always do the exterior wash with a towel dry and it works perfectly for me. The staff at my most recent visit were super nice and friendly and I had to give them a shout out! Much appreciated team!

Arrived at this location to get a wash and vacuum per Autobell “full service”. Before I could pay the $26.80 the guy name NICK gave me the worst customer service ever! From his tone of voice, attitude and belligerent disrespect I WILL NEVER AGAIN spend my money with autobell this is coming from a previous member who loved coming here for the convenience since I am a mother and don’t have time. I left and went to ZIPS car wash! The weather is nice so I can vacuum my own car and their customer service is amazing.

Don’t waste your time going to this place. I paid for an exterior and interior cleaning and my car was still dirty afterwards. Dirt still all over the car and mud still on the tires. When I brought it to the managers attention I was told it was nothing he could do and to call corporate. I don’t understand how a CARWASH can’t do anything about a dirty car. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
