My brother and I was on our way to get some lunch and I stopped by to get a few the from this store before going to eat. It was a guy in the store stealing, he left the store and was eating the food outside. The cashier was a black female with short dreads, she asked us to tell the young man to leave the premises, we told that we didn't want to get involved and that she should call the police. Well she was on the phone with someone when started to belittle us calling us cowards and other names to this person on her phone. I told her I don't get paid to be security. This happened on 2-18-2024 at around 11:15 and 12 noon. I hope management can pull the audio and video. This is so unacceptable.

The Pay at the Pump options don’t work. You have to go inside and talk to someone. Then why put credit card terminals at the pump when it doesn’t even WORK????

Why is the store labeled 24 hours if they close in the middle of the night in need of gas and the associate will not let me buy any gas. This is false advertisement and a poor way to run a business

Why not announce cash only if your card machine is down. People waiting in line should have a heads up or at least have a sign. People sitting right in front of the store blazing.

If you have to get go there Don’t use the pump to pay for your gas there. Go inside and pay. I believe the gas credit card readers are hacked.

Store is filthy my 79 cent drink the manager said isn't 79 cent. So I paid full price. Date 1/24@ 1:00 pm. you can barely walk through the store its so disgusting there are no tops for the cups for drinks. There are people standing behind the counter with no uniform wearing no gloves fixing the food I will go out of my way to the next location to avoid this one

Coming from a state that has a multitude of 7-11's I was completely taken back by this poor run and operated one. As a 7-11 which is a convience store you would think they have a variety of things. They don't have bread, eggs, cream or even playing cards and had no toilet paper in stock. Forget instant Lottery tickets as there is no variety and it appears that they don't like to restock them. It's a hit or miss when coming to play them often being told that they can't because ," they are changing shifts ". The employees are not courteous and often abrupt and short with customers. They act as though they are being inconvenienced or they hate their jobs. I would never recommend coming here if you can avoid it. Quite frankly this kind of day to day doing business would never be tolerated in NY. I guess that's why NY has so many of them and the ones here in NC are becoming extinct.
