I just had the most pleasant experience ordering flowers for a friend who is a patient at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. Beth assisted me with the order and assured me the flowers would be delivered today or tomorrow. It was so nice to be able to talk directly to someone rather than having to do everything online. Excited to have a florist that will deliver to the hospital and take care of our friends who are two hours away!

Sleazy.Told me a flower arrangement was $60. They brought it to the front, I paid. When I went to leave, they said they should "take it in the back to make it look nice." I should have left. They went in the back, returned, and told me it was not $60 as they labeled and just sold it, but $160.$160 for a flower in a pot. I should have gotten my money back and left, but my friend's mother had died, like I told them. Instead I let them talk me into paying an extra $10 for a flower without the pot that I had already paid for.They don't label their items so they can charge you whatever they want. Sleazy.

One of my issues with flowers as gifts is how quickly they die (maybe that's my fault), but I was gifted a bouquet from Purple Puddle last month and it lasted much longer than I'm used to! These flowers were FRESH, some not yet bloomed, and I was able to enjoy it a lot longer than other bouquets. It was so beautiful, and I loved the greenery they included. I'm not sure my picture quite does it justice!

Stopped in on our way to see my Mom who had recently turned 90. Bought a beautiful fresh flower arrangement for her. She loved it! Happy to say the flowers lasted for weeks. Worth every penny! Not sure if it was the owner who helped us, but she was great too!

Made an early call and got same day service of a beautiful cheery bouquet to brighten my daughter's family who had to put their dog to sleep. Service was excellent and flowers fresh and unique. Maybe a tad pricey, but gorgeous. Hit the mark as to what I wanted Thanks so much Purple Puddle for bringing them joy at a sad time.

I received a delivery of the most beautiful arrangement ever. The lady who delivered the arrangement was very sweet. The actual arrangement was full, colorful, and made my office smell wonderful! If you're considering Purple Puddle - just go for it!
