I can’t express our gratitude enough for John & Perfect Image Cleaners. He went beyond our expectations to repair my wedding gown after having preserved it over 25 years ago. I had the idea to surprise my husband and recreate some wedding images for our anniversary, to my surprise when I took my gown out of the sealed box it had a stain on the front. Fortunately, Perfect Image cleaners is still in business, and John remembered us as one of his first customers in 1997. He had my gown expertly repaired, and is preserving again after allowing us to recreate some photos. In a time when customer service is often overlooked, it is refreshing to know there are businesses such as this which put the customer first. Thank you so much!Services: Wedding gown preservation

Like a lot of the reviewers here, I found perfect image cleaners when I was in a jam. I returned from a business trip the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and needed to get some things cleaned for another trip starting the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend. Most dry cleaners were understandably closed completely for the weekend or we're open but didn't have enough buffer days to handle the pickup and delivery to their offside processing to get it back over the weekend. But because perfect image handles things on site, the owner made a special effort to get my things back to me on Saturday of that weekend. I was most grateful and have been coming ever since.Their work is very good, speedy, and reliable. They're also extremely friendly and helpful, especially Derek who is almost always at the counter as the face of the business and is one of the most pleasant people to see every time I go in.The fact that they do their work in house is a big differentiator. I can't tell you how many times dealing with "a cleaner world" that I left without my dry cleaning because of some problems in the delivery or pick up, or found the door locked in the middle of the day for no reason. You won't have that happen here.It's really nice to have a high-end, on site, professional dry cleaner here in Chapel Hill. Theyre as good or better than any specialized dry cleaner I've visited in any major city.

Perfect Image Cleaner is a lifesaver!!!! Days before my wedding Davids Bridal managed to get stains on my reception dress. I called many dry cleaners who couldn’t get the job done within a few days. My mother highly recommended Perfect Image Cleaner so we gave them a call. Not only did they get me in the same day but they had my dress ready within one day and it looked brand new! The owner of the company was extremely professional. He contacted me giving updates and expressing any concerns. They went above and beyond to make sure I was not only satisfied but that I remained calm through the process. I highly recommend this company. You will not regret it! Thank you so much Perfect Image

I found my go-to dry cleaner in the Triangle thanks to Yelp. I needed my wedding tux cleaned after our wedding. My wife found Perfect Image Cleaners after doing a Yelp search near our home in Chapel Hill. Perfect Image is located in Falconbridge Center, a shopping center near the Chapel Hill-Durham border, on highway 54 near I-40. The store is hidden from street view. It's across from Amante Gourmet Pizza. I dropped off my tux on a Wednesday afternoon and was told it would be ready after 5pm the following Friday. So, about a 48-hour turnaround time. Perfect Image closes at 7pm on weekdays, so that gave me about a 2-hour pickup window on Friday. Not a big deal and I wasn't in a rush. I picked up on Saturday. The total cost to me was $23.78 for the tux jacket, pants, and shirt. They did a great job as far as I could tell. Months later, I dropped off a custom white dress shirt with a stained sleeve on a Monday afternoon. I was told the shirt would be ready after 5pm the following Wednesday. My wife ended up picking up the shirt for me the following Friday around lunchtime. The cost for the one shirt was $4.31. Again, great job. The shirt was nicely pressed and the stain was gone. Derek helped me three times and he was also there when my wife went to pick up. He is courteous, professional, and efficient. Perfect Image is lucky to have him. During my visits, the shop was clean and well-organized. I once noticed a bunch of clean comforters, folded and bagged, ready for pickup on the shelves. If we're still in Chapel Hill the next time we need a comforter cleaned, I'm coming here.

I would highly recommend Perfect Image Cleaners! When one of my dresses lost its sequins (because the dress was not dry-clean friendly), the owner found my exact dress online, ordered a new one and had it tailored for me at no charge! I have never had such an amazing customer service experience. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!
