I love this place. The woman who runs the shop is lovely. I had a huge grease stain on my favorite shirt and she got it completely off. As a college student, Elegance Cleaners is also very affordable. I have tried other cleaners in Chapel Hill and this one is by far the best. I plan on coming here for every mishap from now on.

I had a nasty feather duvet. My cat peed on it, I tried to wash it but the wet and the feathers were a bad combo, and it got musty. Then I let it dry outside, but it got dirt on it. I brought the foul smelling, dirty queen sized feather duvet here, and for $35 I have a good as new duvet. Will be returning the next time my cat confuses my bed with a litterbox.

Absolutely love this establishment, the woman who is always here goes out of her way to make sure that I am taken care of. The prices are extremely reasonable and they do a great job. They are great to have in our community. In addition, the tailoring service is impeccable.
