The receptionist was so friendly and professional. I had a 9:15 appointment and was called back about 50” after my scheduled time. The nurse doing my intake was professional and efficient. The PA, Stacie was great. She took care of my ear issue right away. Great experience.

Went to FastMed because I couldn’t get into my PCP’s office on the weekend. I was concerned about a suspected infection on a surgical incision and wanted to address it ASAP. The provider at FastMed looked at it and prescribed an antibiotic and petroleum jelly. I didn’t trust the conclusion from the FastMed provider, so I made an appointment with my PCP for the next available and she immediately saw that there was a suture left in the incision which caused the infection, and told me to go to the hospital to have it deep cleaned and debrided. She prescribed a different antibiotic that covered more and said the antibiotic prescribed by FastMed was not the right treatment. Really disappointed in this experience, and grateful that I decided to see my PCP anyway, can’t believe the provider missed this. If I’d just taken FastMed’s treatment, the infection could’ve gotten much worse and could’ve become a dangerous medical situation.
