I have been very satisfied with my visits to this facility. This location has a well prepared staff who can handle any situation. I have visited on occasion when I had symptoms of a stroke, back pain and more. If you want the best care immediately I encourage you to visit this location. They are one of the few places that truly treat you with outstanding care.

I am very satisfied and pleased with the care I received from Betty and at MedFirst CH. She is always very thorough, and answers all my questions and concerns. If I ever need to message her in the portal she always responds promptly with a response and I truly appreciate that. All the staff there are fantastic from the time I checked in from vitals and with my experience with labs. Staff was awesome.

I have been going to this place for years and have had great experiences! Betty H. has helped me in ways when so many physicians couldn't so I am forever thankful. The staff are always friendly and helpful! Angela is a doll!! However, this changed with Christa F. - Her lack of concern and care was the worst experience for me!! She has an attitude of "I am wasting her time topped with who cares that you are sick just get out". This may not have been her intent but an attitude adjustment in the line of work that she selected to do is needed along with proper listening skills to provide care not just to respond with a textbook answer. I have insurance and I pay my portion without issue or assistance needed so you do get paid so caring for me is not charity or a hand out but the way she comes across you would think she was doing it for free and angry because there was no payment. She is a true example of the horrible stigma that exists around bad care that physicians that are minority/people of color give to those that are minority/people of color. She is my first experience of this kind!Horrible! Disappointing! Disgusting! And Shocking!! I cannot believe this happened! This is not the usual experience. There is a lot going on in this world and we all deserve a pass or two for bad days/emotional chaos so I truly hope this was just something in passing.

I recently had to drop in without an appointment and was pleased with how quickly I was taken back. Betty Haswell is so caring and listens to your concerns. She makes me feel that her patients are important to her.

Christa Fleming and the team are fantastic. Everyone is extremely friendly, professional and compassionate. Switched to Med First as my PCP after a couple of urgent care visits and have been very pleased!

My partner had a pretty severe strep throat infection and we entered the clinic at 11:20 A.M. We were told we would have to come back after 1 P.M. due to the entire clinic taking a lunch break. What kind of URGENT care closes up shop for a staff-wide lunch break? The care is meant to be URGENT. Truly a baffling practice.

Betty Haswell is wonderful. I had put off having a GP for years because of worries about the medical community being dismissive. She was great and took my cocerns seriously from the very beginning. Through quick and thurough diagnostics she was able to figure what was most likely causing my symptoms and come up with a treatment plan.

I have been suffering from a lot of anxiety and depression and finally made an appointment to see a primary care doctor. The first day I came in, I was panic attacking bad. Everyone at this office made me feel safe, cared for and seen. One of the nurses there, has to be the nicest, most considerate person I ever met and she deserves the world! I am finally starting to get back to my normal self and owe so much to this office and the wonderful staff.

I went to take out a piece of cotton of a Q-Tip that was stuck in my ear and they did not do anything, because nothing was in there but my ear was in pain and I could feel that it tickles me, it was very uncomfortable and I can’t believe I paid $189 for nothing, they didn’t even try to do something else, they said it might probably be hair, like What? Just in one ear? The nurse was very nice and she helped me more than the doctors.Worst experience!! Never going back there, they make me wait for 30 mins when I had an appointment at 8:00, don’t waste your time and money go somewhere else.

Stay away. Worst experience. Went in on Saturday morning with this respiratory thing that's going around. Provider said it was viral, although no tests done. I had painful, persistent coughing, with pulled muscles in my chest from coughing. They said they would call in a prescription cough syrup since over the counter meds were not working. As I was leaving, they confirmed again that they would do this. I gave them the name and location of my pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy an hour later. Nothing there. I checked all afternoon. Nothing. I called, but the clinic was closed. I left two messages. I called Monday morning and spoke to a front desk person (after trying to get someone to pick up for over an hour) who said she would check. It's 3:45 in afternoon. Nothing. No call back. No prescription sent to CVS. I've been trying to reach someone there for the past hour. They won't pick up. Meanwhile, I feel like I'm coughing up a lung. This clinic is an example of what is wrong with our healthcare system. I'm sure they will charge my insurance company an arm and leg for my clinical visit. I got nothing. No care, no support. Don't waste your time here.
