Unethical. Stay away. I paid a not insignificant amount of money to have a patch sewed on my son’s karate gi. They attached it upside down. Rather than leave my son without the gi, I planned to have them fix the patch when my son earned another patch in need of sewing. The lady behind the register told me I would need pay to fix it because I did not ask them to fix it within two days of pickup. However, she could not show me where that policy is written or whether/how it applies to alterations. While such a policy might make sense for dry cleaned items where cause of damage can be an issue, it makes no sense for alterations that were clearly done wrong.

I have been coming here for over 2 years and never had a problem but recently I brought a pair of pants in to get hemmed and when I brought them home and tried them on they there still long- the job was not done. I brought them back and the man who I believe is the owner said he would have them hemmed at no charge since I already paid the $12 charge. When I went back to pick them up the woman at the front was going to charge me again! She called the owner and he said that the tailor charged them to do the pants so they was nothing he could do- even when I told him that if I had to pay the $12 for the pants I would never be coming back. Obviously they don’t care about their customers.

Way overpriced. We thought "A Cleaner World" was outrageous so we went across the street to Deluxe Cleaners. As is typical of many small dry cleaners, there wasn't a price list or any estimate. But trusting them as we do our $2 cleaners back home, we gave them our garments. Three pieces came out to be $31! $13 for a suit and a dress and $5 for a shirt.
