We’ve boarded our two dogs here multiple times. The staff is friendly, kind, and accommodating. Their hours are convenient, especially appreciate the opportunity for Sunday pick-up. The groomer does a great job, and most times we have been able to add on a groom for each dog before we pick them up so we can bring them home smelling fresh and clean. Prices align with other local boarding options. It may be a little further from home, but our dogs always come home happy. Country Inn Kennel and Cattery is great.

I never thought I would write a review online for a place, but I have never had a customer service experience like this. This isn't just a business to them, but a way to help animals. I can't go into details but they truly care. I am dumbfounded and can honestly say I will never take my cat anywhere else. This place is astounding in their care for your animal and their equipment is top notch.

I took my Golden Retrievers for a grooming today. They were showered with love and attention. Delores even washed their collars and harnesses. Love this place.

Looked after our 2 cats whilst we were on holiday. Apart from the family, they are only one who can tempt my more recalcitrant cats into a comfort zone.

We are one of their permanent members. All our dogs have had a wonderful time at their dog boarding which is so important to us. We can enjoy our holidays and trips too knowing that our "second child" is being looked after well! Staff is super friendly, funny and helpful.

I called and made an appointment for my medium-long haired cat to get groomed. When I got to the appointment, they asked what I wanted done so I said a normal grooming (which is usually a bath, ear cleaning, and nail trim at places I have taken my cat previously) and then a cut. I specified that I would like them to do an overall trim but take extra hair off by his butt and neck, as he has a lot of hair there. I came back to pick him up and he was still a little wet from the bath which was fine. She put him in the carrier and I left. Once I took him out of the carrier at home I saw that he looked the exact same. He was still wet so I assume he was given a bath but there was almost no hair trimmed. I saw his backside and there was some hair hanging so it looked like they tried to cut his hair but didn't end up actually doing much. No overall trim and neck hair exactly the same. No nails cut. What a waste of $55. Don't go here.

This is the address for a company called Caroline Siberian Kittens. I made a payment of 450 dollars for the purchase of a kitten and to date, I have not received the kitten nor the refund. I don't know if this is a side business but i have reported them to the fbi and fraud.com .
