There under new management The staff here is helpful and friendly. Very nice results with dry cleaning and shirt laundry. They went above and beyond in customer service. Highly recommend!

We had done some personal business here and were happy. But then I brought in linens from my son’s rental property business to be washed, dried, and folded.Mr. Cho had agreed to a $1.50 per pound due to the large amount. He weighed the linens in on arrival without letting me see the scale - A super old,small meat scale that he sat on the floor behind the counter and held onto the bag while he weighed each of about 20 large bags.He told me it was 250 lbs, w tax $450 and demanded payment in full. I will take credit for failing to pay half at that point in half when I picked up.When my husband and I came to pick up the linens, Mr. Cho was not there. Employee Gabby, my husband and I began weighing the 16 clean folded bags of linens, but I realized that the scale was out of calibration by just over a pound. We reset the scale to zero. Weighed the linens three times. Total weight was 196 pounds. Either we were missing quite a few linens, or they had not been weighed correctly when they came in. Could not get a phone call from the owner, finally had to call there. Very belligerent response. He had his son call me. Don t ried to tell me that it’s normal practice to weigh laundry before it is washed.(It is not) Went in person to try to speak with Mr. Cho. Extremely belligerent and angry response from him. We offered to settle for half the disputed amount. He screamed and yelled, offered $16 toward the difference of $81 in weight (or much more if 56 pounds of linens were lost). We tried patiently to come to a resolution but he said it wasn’t about the money, screamed some more, told us to leave or he would call the police.Credit card dispute in progress..

Stay away!!!I have been using them for the past year or so on and off, mostly for my husband’s dress shirts and blazers.I used them occasionally before every season and at the end of every season, for my coats to be cleaned and my blazers after traveling- the most recent terrible experience I had was the other day when I came back from a trip and took 2 women’s blazers/jackets to be dry cleaned one of them a light yellow color that I wore on vacation ( linen) and I specifically pointed three places where it showed slightly more dirt for them to pay extra attention and I was told that they will by the front desk last.Upon picking it up the owner, the older asian gentleman who im sad to say, doesn’t speak fluent English, was there so I just briefly looked at the blazer and I left because communication with him is hard to be head (I too am a foreigner so this is not an insult just that he can’t engage in a detailed conversation).Suffice to say, when I arrived home the 3 areas of concern were not cleaned and there was one extra spot on my blazer that was not there when I took it to them - a white chemical of sorts.I called and he insisted I take it back to be cleaned again but my argument was that it was already there and they should have done their job right ok the first try not to have to go back.In the past, this has been a common occurrence that they do not do a job well done from the beginning and if you complain they ask you to bring it back……so my question is, why can’t they get it right from the first time?!? Shouldn’t that be the way??!?When he insisted I take it back I got really upset and I asked to refund me for the specific blazer, because I do not see a reason to pay for something that has not been done. In this case the blazer has not been cleaned. Regardless of how little or much it costs, I cannot pay for a service that has not been rendered.In speaking with his associate, a very kind Hispanic lady that works the desk occasionally (I spoke with her because I cannot communicate directly with him due to him being unable to speak English) I told her that this is unacceptable and that I demand a refund for the item and question. She told me that the owner insisted I take it back so in that case I made it a point to stop by on Monday morning when he was there.Both him and his wife were there and I presented the blazer with the areas of concern. I was polite and I asked if they would have been satisfied with the blazer being the way it was had they been in my shoes….The older gentleman who appears to be manager/owner started yelling at me unprofessionally, speaking over me and telling me quote “Everything is fine …blazer is fine“I again asked him to lower his voice when he speaks to me and I encouraged his wife to tell him to lower his voice when he speaks to a customer, he starting yelling, even louder, telling me that every time me and my husband bring something there and he doesn’t do a good job We complain?!?Well, shouldn’t that say something to him about his work? If I’m paying you to clean my blazer, the blazer should be clean, right?His wife told me that “we just clean and press we don’t make new items” !!! Yes, that’s how they take responsibility for their work or lack there of …. The worst ever!!!I would advise you to STAY FAR AWAY from this place - find yourself a better place where they will respect you, be grateful for your business and your garments will be clean.They don’t even deserve the one star I had given - very, very unprofessionalServices: Industrial laundry

I wouldn’t have posted this review if they would’ve done something to make up for this but they just shrugged it off. I clean houses for a living and this was a real splurge for me. I bought it at a consignment shop and still struggled with the decision to pay the asking price for it even though it was less than half it’s original price for an Eileen Fisher. It wasn’t about the name. I fell in love with this piece. I wore it once before the cleaners destroyed it. When I got it back from them there were loose threads and runs all over the place. I explained that it was delicate upon dropping it off because I left it with other sweaters. Please take the extra trip to a cleaner world or another place for your beloved items. They don’t care. I think for such a long time they were the only show in town and they still act as if they are.

This is an authentic, do it in house dry cleaners. I've enjoyed going to them for the last 4-5 years now. I have had a few buttons break (cheap buttons) over the years but my shirts/pants all come back how I like them. I also use them for wash and fold by the pound on my car washing towels and also we take our curtains/drapes there yearly. Alway happy to do business with them. Also the staff is ALWAYS friendly. They aren't "fancy" like a couple others o tried in my neighbor when we moved here but like I said, this place is a dry cleaners. Prices are not off the chart high. Give them a try.

I took 2 items there yesterday. They were both sets and the man behind the counter refused to tell me how much I would be charged. He said that it would be up the the owner. He wouldn't call the owner either. I had to walk away. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service. That was my first and last time there.
