Destroyed a coat of mine and were so sneaky about it: they gave it back to me turned inside out so I didn't notice that it was ruined until long after I got it back. The coat was a $300 designer piece with white outside and a red silky inside. Now the coat is a pink splotchy mess. Don't trust them.
