Beautiful store. Staff was very diligent in tracking down a product I was interested in while visiting and promptly shipped it to me when I returned home. Great customer service.

Fine furniture and spectacular customer service. We bought a dining room set and inexplicably one of the legs of a chair was defective so even though they were closed for the winter I e mailed the store. Received an immediate response and they simply asked me to send a picture which I did. They contacted the manufacturer and 3 weeks later have been notified a replacement is waiting for me. No hassle no questions. Can’t ask for any better service then that. Put me down as a loyal customer.

Rustick’s is absolutely my favorite place in Cashiers to buy furniture. They’ve curated a beautiful and thoughtful collection of pieces. I’m bound to find something timeless for my home each time I visit the store! The staff is also so knowledgeable & very friendly. A must visit when in Cashiers, NC!

I am beyond grateful for all of the help and guidance everyone at Rusticks gave me. Their taste and expertise helped me decorate my mountain cabin just the way I had hoped. Each selection of home furnishings they offer are unique and special. The moment you enter their doors you feel as though you have entered the most tasteful mountain home. I am not sure if I will ever truly finish the cabin, I will not want to give up visiting everyone there. Thank you!

If being snobby is your thing, then you’ll LOVE this place! The staff is worst. Didn’t even acknowledge me and to be honest, I was there to make some large purchases. Due to the lack of customer service, I spent my money done the road!

Beautiful store! Definitely my favorite furniture store in the Plateau. Be sure to check out the lake views from the back patio--the setting is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

Beautiful shop. Unwelcoming staff. The customer should not have to make all the effort. When I asked about a piece (\"That's clever. Where did it come from?\") got no response at all. Not interested in spending my $ there.

The store was nice and had good quality furniture. However, the sales persons were not friendly. They just talked amongst themselves and ignored my mom and I. They didn’t acknowledge us the whole time (and we were the only customers)
