Have been working with Dr. K and his team since they opened n 2014 or so. I have 6 dogs, and they have cared for each of them and the variety of situations ranging from preventative care, to injuries, illnesses, and euthanasia. Top notch care, they are busy because they are very good!

Very condescending, appeared annoyed and was getting loud at times which I consider rude customer service provided by the representative that answered the phone. When I told her I was a referral she then offered higher prices, double the referring office prices and stated, "none of our hospitals charge that low of an exam costs...you will be paying more than you usually pay." A statement that could be easily taken out of context, money over providing care.
I do not know why Caitlin is mentioning that they "would have to do a physical exam on your pet before doing a cytopoint injection since we have never seen your pet before" since this was never an issue nor discussed!
Knowing that my pet was suffering from allergies and gnawing at several areas and needed relief, it was frustrating to say the least. Most veterinary hospital can sympathize and provide care and help under the circumstances, with a full physical of course, especially when they have multiple appointments available. I do not need to visit an establishment to know whether they care about fur babies, your office dismissal was enough. Appearing to take advantage of the situation with a take it or leave it outcome.
When I told another office about what occurred they ask me to bring her in ASAP. She did get a physical, Cytopoint and wonderful care. Thanks for asking!

My neighbors highly recommend I bring my cat here for her spay- I brought her in and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and they instantly eased my nerves!! Miss Diesel is recovering great!

This is the best vet in town. The staff is always so thoughtful and caring towards my dog who can be anxious at the vet. Ahmed has been with us during each visit and he always bends over backwards to make sure she is comfortable and happy. I wish I would’ve started brining my dog here since I got her, but am grateful we recently made the switch. Highly recommended.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were misdiagnosed and my main concerns werent being treated. I really wanted to continue using this animal hospital for the location and hours were great, along with reasonable prices. Sadly, after such an error I cannot continue services there. I had to return to another vet after Oreo continued having bloody diarrhea all night and Dr.Joy was not in this morning when I called. You’ll be happy to know Oreo does not have any apparent kidney issues and after running another test his results came back within normal ranges. His bloody diarrhea is now also being treated, apparently the meds you prescribed were not intended to treat diarrhea which was my biggest concern. While frustrating I understand mistakes happens and things get lost in interpretation. I do thank you for your time and patience Dr. Joy

So far so good. We took our mastiff Buster to the Capital Blvd location, they diagnosed him with kidney failure. We thought we were goi g to have to euthanize him, but they then sent us to the Walnut location in cary, where they kept him and treated him. So far, bister is back about 70%. We are going back Monday for some follow-up tests. Also the staff wass pretty amazing and attentive to buster. We'll give reports as we go. :)

I would not go here ever again. I had a horrible experience. Everything they did had to be redone at a different vet.

Suji and Dr. RK were helping me the day I brought in my cat who seemed to have a lot of unanswered concerns. They were attentive and helpful the entire time. I felt like my cat was the number one priority and I felt like all my cats needs were met and all the concerns were addressed. Thank you so much for being my cats care takers. I really appreciate everyone at Walnut Animal Hospital for always offering the best care for my pets. I'm really grateful to have them as all my pets veterinarians.

Walnut Street Animal Hospital is the best in town. If you are looking for quality care for your pet, this is the place to go. We have been going here for 7 years now. They have always taken care of our two dogs. Suji and Dr. Jay are awesome! Highly recommend.

This place is incredible. We had an emergency visit with our cat having an asthma attack. They took him in immediately and put him on oxygen and they were so helpful and kind throughout the process! The vet even helped us get the cost down as we needed some help financially between the oxygen therapy and X-rays. Our boy got to go home the same day and is doing so much better thanks to this hospital. We will definitely be switching our primary pet care to Walnut Street!

I had my Sweet Reba in there for a second opinion on a growth. The team jumped right on checking her blood work, doing x-rays, and making sure she was comfortable while all this was happening to see if surgery was an option. Today, she had her surgery, and I am so thankful for such a great team that worked on her!! Great communication, very caring staff, and I would recommend this place to everyone!
