I needed to ship my package (Macbook) to my daughter very quickly to Philadelphia and used UPS 2-day AM services and Macbook needed to be in my daughter's hand for very critical requirements and Fiona helped to ship with proper packaging and supposed to be reached 2nd Day AM but it did not reach for some reasons and we were very worried and TONI took this case very personally and contacted UPS backend office literally all day and providing me very honest status regularly and they took this as if its her own personal package and helping me and my daughter treating us as if we are Toni's close friends. Macbook reached same day and my daughter was able to use it as needed for that day. I have seen people provide the services and this is beyond their limits. THANK YOU Toni and Fiona !!

Been coming here for close to a decade for all my business and logistics needs. May have to reconsider after a horribly weird encounter with David...passive aggressive prick who treated me like a criminal. Lectured me on not putting an Amazon return in an official Amazon box (even though it was shipped to me in manufacturer packaging). Accused me of contributing to Amazon's revenue loss since the product couldn't be sold again (it was a defective product being sent in within policy. But why do I even need to explain this to the UPS Store employee?). Not an ideal way to start the day.

Disappointed that it is advertised that they do livescan or fingerprinting cards but they only do livescan. I was told that I didn't need an appointment but needed a qr code but in order to get that, the website required me to make an appointment. I then went to certifix online, selected fingerprinting, and was directed to the same ups location, where I was prompted to submit my payment for a qr code. Certifix was amazing with the refund. Additional note: Even though we We're not able to get the fingerprint cards at the ups location we went to, David was awesome!

I lost a receipt for a UPS package sent in January, and needed a copy for a reimbursement through work. David at the UPS store was so helpful today and was able to locate the receipt for me and have it sent via email since I live very far away from the location. The dedication to getting to the root of my problem and finding a recourse outside of their normal process was very much appreciated. Thanks again David and team !

Horrible customer service. They are very rude and disrespectful. I never experienced this in any of the ups store in the last 20 years.

Manager went out of their way to help me with challenging situation that corporate UPS caused. Refused delivery twice, and then it was left. Was unable to arrange with corporate to pick it up. Manager at this location was able to help it get back to sender.

Whew what a dream team!!!!! Joe John & Fiona at the Okelly Chapel rd location in Cary,NC store 2985 are nothing less than amazing. I walked in with no knowledge of a product that was needed and when I tell you they all jumped in to action and educated me on different products I had no idea UPS offered!!! They even helped me get my boxes in my car !!!! I wish I could clone them and put them at every business I go to if it means to have this level of great customer service! Hopefully you guys at UPS keep these type of people satisfied and continuously working with you! This was top notch customer service!!!

This store gets quite busy, especially towards closing time. I have visited this store many times in the past and found that the service experience varies considerably with the rep you get assigned to.At yesterday’s visit, the store rep who helped me (Anima) was very kind, friendly and patient while we worked through the multiple tasks I had lined up (I return package, 2 overnight documents to send out, 1 notary signature). It was apparent that Anima was getting trained on the nuances of notary signatures, but support was available for her right away and did not slow down my experience in any way.It was also very important for me to send some documents out on the same day. The delivery driver who came for pick up obligingly waited for a couple of extra minutes for my transaction to go through so that he could take my documents with him. Overall a very positive experience at this store.

I’m not sure if this is amazon policy or this store’s policy. You have to package your returning in a shipping service quality container like cardboard box. I’m returning two soccer balls which came with other stuff in a huge amazon cardboard box along with other stuff. To return these two balls alone I was required by this store to package it with a cardboard box which took me some time. Not fun experience at all.

I appreciated how patient the other co worker was with showing the new employee how to correctly handle a certified mail transaction. Employees seemed happy and upbeat and it was rather busy in the store.

This is the only UPS store I go to in the area because it has the best service. Everyone’s friendly and nice and there’s never a long line. I even drive out of my way to go there.
