This store is the best! Went in very stressed about getting some documents copied to get mailed out. No run around about..oh you can do it yourself, which I did not want to do. My cost $11.00 …well worth it me. Fed-Ex on Maynard gave me the run around BTW

This store location was very professional and courteous from the moment I entered and left. I was stressed out about sending back cell phones to the carrier for new ones with out boxes and they took care of all my needs. I was assisted by an associate named Michael and I highly recommend going to him with your shipping needs.

The worst experience ever. If I could I would give them 0 stars if I could. I will never return an item using a ups store. They over charged to tape a return and charge over $16.00 for taping a box. Not even a role of tape cost that amount. Then he placed it to the side and said he would have to tape it later because he had a line of customers. I hope the box makes it because from that interaction I doubt it. Terrible Amazon option on a return.

Ridiculous prices. I lost my cat and they charged us $.75 per page to print missing cat copies. If I had the time I’d be better off buying a printer.

This store is only useful for amazon returns. If you ask them to scan a label on your phone , they ask you to print the label and charge you 2$ instead. I have filed a complaint with ups corporate regarding this practice.P.S. : The reply by the owner below completely ignores the fact that I clearly mentioned that I am talking about “AN EXISTING LABEL ON MY PHONE” which i do not have to print in any other UPS store except this one.

Was worried after seeing them not taking Amazon returns.Nope, not the case. Totally took em no issue. I even missed the fact that I needed to seal up a box, and she said she'd do it no issue.Great pleasant staff.

They looks like does not want to give service. Or waiting for extra money, tips, etc.. And also the store does not have tape. If you need to even inch of tape you need to buy for $5 which all other ups stores sellin around $3.

Sorry for coming in to the store at 345 (15 min before close) to drop a package. I did not have the label printed and usually other The UPS Store locations will scan my email bar code from my phone to reprint my label. Not this store!! I had to email my label to the store email and pay $2 to have the email printed so they could scan the bar code. Seems very different than previous experiences with other The UPS Store locations. Staff was super friendly otherwise.

Lots of attitude from a single employee ruined this location most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Watch out for the attitude and threats from a blue haired woman. She threatened to not ship my package after I paid for the shipment? asking if I wanted them to ship it or not? bad attitude and threatening environment Never using this store again.

Customer service is terrible, choose any other location beside this one .came in to return a package from Amazon . They told me I need to pay $15 for the box and packing. I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. Brooke one of the associates along with Lauren Ovens " the manager " stopped me while I was unpacking. They asked me to give them back the box cutter. Not only that , i wasnt finished and brooke came up to me and said " you need to take those boxes with you which i was going anyways .they also asked me to pay for the packing because I used the box cutter. What made it worst, the manager Lauren didn't even care and she was just standing there. The one star I gave is for the great young man who helped me initially
