Sign in Book Club area said "buy 1 get 1 free". Target system would not allow the sale as clearly reflected- it is even in their weekly ad. Beware if you think you are getting 2 for 1 - you won't. See picture.

I live in HS and still only shop at this Target. It's clean and has lots of selections. The only downside is it's always crowded and the check out lines are long. But guess it's worth the wait!!

I’ve been to this target several times and honestly really enjoy it, they’re organized and workers are friendly. I was walking past the electronic section and a guy that I assume was given permission, kept attempting to talk and sell me a cellphone provider plan. I don’t like to be rude so I answered a few of his questions until I had to walk away because he would not stop. He kept responding to my answers sarcastically saying I must have the latest cellphone with the prices I was paying and was being pushy. I’d normally brush salespeople off but I thought it was odd there was a salesperson for an unwanted service when I was there for a regular target run.

I've visited this store probably 100 times and have ordered online at least 5. Tonight, 4 days before Christmas, I had an experience that needs to be shared. We purchased maybe 8 items and were the last people in a closing line. One of our items was a real pain to scan. Although Ke was supposed to go on break or leave after us, she was NOT going to give up! Enter Kevin (I think he's a manager). Not only did he relieve Ke to go, but he stayed with us to resolve the scanning issue. We were willing to leave the product behind and come back at a less busy time, but Kevin genuinely wanted to help us! He was amazing tonight and so was Ke! Thank you both so much for your hard work and dedication! I hope this review makes it into the right hands! Much love!!!

I have had the worst experiences in the past two months at this Target. I believe it is due to the “store manager” as he calls himself. He is not helpful and down right discriminating toward minority shoppers. I’ve witnessed this with my own eyes multiple times. Also, as we were shopping last night for a new blender we found one with a price tag of $69.99 on sale for $55.99 and it rang up $149.99 at the register. The signs and price tags were in place at the display of the same blender. We refused to pay almost $200 for a smoothie blender. We went back to the blender aisle to seek assistance and NOBODY ever came and the signs remained up at the display for the more expensive blender but they did not honor the price. I called corporate from the store and let them know how awful the customer service has gotten in this store. Sad.

Just had a super, super uncomfortable visit today. Heading towards self-checkout like we've been doing for years, and an employee tries to direct us to a register. We said we preferred self-checkout and tried to keep walking, but she put her hand on our cart and tried to block us, then made a comment as we kept walking that we had a lot of items. Self-checkout has no item limit and as I said, we've been doing this for years at this location. If the cashiers had the bagging skills seen at Trader Joe's, we would use the normal lanes more often, but as it is, we prefer bagging ourselves. We get to the self-checkout area and someone hollers that they're free, but we see three open self-checkout stations so we choose one. One last employee tries to get us to check out with him. We reiterated our preference and he said, "Okay, I'm watching you like a hawk." I said, "Is that what this is about?" As it was clear by that point that all this aggressive behavior was only about preventing shoplifting, not keeping foot traffic flowing across lanes. He either didn't understand me or pretended not to. I'm still in shock over our experience. If the manager/Target needs to prevent shoplifting, there are way, way better ways to go about it than trying to override your customers in that manner and treating them like criminals. The way we were treated two times over is absolutely unacceptable. There is no excuse. My husband and I were doing nothing wrong, we were being perfectly normal. We felt harassed and accosted.

My pick up service at Target was done quickly, courteously and correctly. I was pleased and will use the service again.

You should change this person as store manager, I don't know how he was given this position. Because he is not professional in his dealings with customers, and this is not the first time, but the second time, with the same person who calls himself the store manager, because the store will lose a lot of customers, including me, who spends more than $4,000 a month in this store. I was subjected to racial discrimination in the form of clear harassment and expulsion in front of the surveillance cameras and in front of people inside this store by its manager, who said that the store belonged to him, and this is a funny thing as well. He kicked me out and brought the police on me because I was trying to use the gift card as a photo. He said you can't use that card, knowing that the card contains numbers, barcodes and the store's logo target. Conditions for obtaining my rights by any means, and I am ready to meet this irresponsible person. He said that you cannot return to this store again without a legal reason, and I bear full responsibility. Customer service is insanely bad, unlike other stores, where they treat the customer as king, and even offer an apology in the form of a shopping voucher like Walmart and Lidl. If a manager leaves, a better one will come. As for the customer, if he leaves, it is a great loss for you. If it is a pain for me, I am fully prepared for it, and I know that I am right. I do not advise anyone to go to this store, especially to meet that person.
