Warning: NC Attorney General has been contacted about this company/location/NIGHTMARE! Deceptive & fraudulent practices at This location (see others' reviews, pattern of deceptive sales). I told sales rep., I'll call him "L.", that I was coming from their competitor, therefore NOT familiar with T-Mobile's service & policies. "L." did not discuss plan options with me, just assigned most expensive Magenta Max..have since learned of Essentials plan which would work fine for me. Also, "L." claimed 3rd line "free", tossed a SIM card in my bag, BUT he NEGLECTED to mention: $30 activation fee on that "free" line, nor about charges are Nonrefundable, nor "restocking" charges apply. Also, "L." claimed he couldn't print receipt, would email it, the email was a link which failed to open, 2 days later I had to Return To The Store to Finally see my receipt & saw the Fraudulent "free" line activation fee, I insisted it be refunded but was denied claiming "Nonrefundable" & a restocking fee, which was never advised when charged. When I did not accept Nonrefundable answer, I was informed that I Must Return Whenever the Actual Manager is in the store because the "Manager on Duty, I'll call him 'N.' claims he had no authority to refund anything, not even fraudulent charges within 48 hours!?! T-Mobile Corporate Office/Customer Care could not convince "Manager" to waive restocking fee, had to pay $70/per phone to get out of this T-Mobile SCAM! Corp.Office claimed they would reimburse me...Never Happened!... AND 2 months later I get a $250 Service Bill!!! Because "Manager" never Cancelled the Account!!! When I disputed this, T-Mobile sent it to Collections!!! Even though they agreed the charges were incorrect!

Upon my first visit to this location the manager sold me my phone. The manager said a “free” generic cheap silicon case comes with a phone purchase. I explained I did not need it but she insisted that I get it because it was “free”. My first billing cycle I was charged $4.28 at 36 payments. After calling numerous times and having a non English speaking g person to talk to, I started calling this location. They still say it is free with a purchase. So where is it free? They have stuck me with this false advertisement and falsified information sale of an item I did not want. I WOULD JOT SUGGEST ANYONE GO TO THIS STORE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. AND IF ANOTHER STORE SAYS A CASE IS FREE, THEY ARE BLATANTLY LYING. I give this location a “0” out of 5 stars. BUYER BEWARE AT THIS STORE.

Both the staff members were Extremely rude and unwilling to help two customers. I went in to pay my phone bill they refused to take my payment. There was also a girl in there trying to get a phone screen they said they don't replace screen protecters after she bought at that store and was told they replace them. this all happened at 10:30 in the morning. I wish I could give them zero stars. I've been in this same store 3 times and the same 2 guys are in there.

Nas is the best! My gift is to make easy situations more complicated than they should be, Nas’ gift is to handle situations like mine with grace and ease! He wasn’t going to give up until he could help me and I left there so pleased! I could not be happier with the service I got!

Horrible customer service. This is the worst store you could visit. I have been a sprint customer for over 10 year and I have never had such a bad experience like I did at this store. Don’t waste your time here find another store. After this experience I’m really considering canceling all 10 of my line and going to a different provider.

If there was 0 stars this store earned it. The absolute most terrible customer service experience ever!!! Please do not waste your time. Lack of accountability, rude and out right disrespectful to customers. I was given conflicting information and was told by the Senior Tech he don’t know who gave me the information because it’s a bunch of new weirdos that work there. How Rude??? moving on to the rep that lacks knowledge and compassion, Dwayne! He has no customer service skills and respond by asking me “what do you want from me?” after I asked him why it takes Fri- Tues to receive a phone that’s going to be overnighted. His uneducated response was “Girl BYE” while the store manager Kadeem Dixon watched and never intervened. A complaint has been made with corporate. Hopefully, T-Mobile will invest in better customer service and conflict resolution training.. Store 2SLX

I went in today looking to purchase a new phone. Soon as I walked in everyone spoke to me and I was immediately helped by Micah. Micah was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the devices I asked about and eventually purchased. This was one of the best experiences I've had with Sprint/T-Mobile. Normally I leave frustrated but the service was fast and he saved me a lot of money today with bundles. The store manager Kadeen was great as well. He helped me with a last minute item with my phone all while directing other customers to the right areas of the store with a positive friendly attitude.

Even though they are now T-Mobile. They still have sprint customer service. This place is horrible with customer interaction and defusing a customer. The associate was all over the place and got the manager to help and he kept walking in and out the store leaving the associate hanging after asking questions. By far the rudest I’ve encountered. Being in Customer Service myself for over 10 years when a customer has an issue it’s first you apologize and I’m some cases show empathy. “Oh, I’m sorry your experiencing this, let’s see how we can fix this for you,” just as an example. After spending hours there it took a phone call after leaving the store with no answers to get an apology with my frustration and got my situation handled after seeing the issue. Even apologized for the wrong information and miscommunication I relieved from the store. By far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.

friendly customer service reps who were more than willing to help me out. i had a phone claim and Nas and Becky made the transaction so quick and easy. Lamar was also incredibly friendly and they all kept me entertained while i waited for my phone to reboot. Highly recommend coming to this store for any sprint/tmobile phone needs! :)

Just called the store to ask a question over the phone. The lady who answered the phone acted like she could not be bothered to be there at 10am in the morning! I definitely will not be visiting this location.

They robbed me.... Made me believe my bill was going to be $155 monthly and it turns out the bill is $178 monthly and that is because the apple watch that I was told was free with the new plan they talked me into with the new iphone 11 they also talked me into is actually not free, I am paying $22 monthly for that watch that I didnt even want but they said “might as well take it it’s free”. Then I called the manager to complain and basically he went from being a Sprint Store Manager to being my financial advisor and trying to tell me I should be happy because I got a new phone and a new watch and I could be paying more instead of correcting the action of his employee who basically tricked me so she could maximize her commission. I don’t recommend anyone to do business at this location.

I've been with Sprint for 17 years and I have never had a worse experience than at this store. I came in for an upgrade and was completely lied to by Associate Caitlin Diaz and totally disregard by assistant manager Iesha. In February I came in for a phone upgrade. Associate Diaz informed me that with my military discount I was eligible for free accessories. I informed her that I was looking to decrease my bill not increase it. I was coerced into getting 3 accessories that I did not need and was assured that they would be free. She informed me that my discount made me eligible for these accessories to be free after 3 months and that my bill would decrease significantly. This was a complete lie and a scam on her part. I returned to the store 4 months later to dispute the charges on my account. I had to come into the store 3 times to speak with 3 associates before I finally get to speak with assistant manager Iesha. My conversation with Iesha was equally as misleading, overly vapid and condescending. Iesha assured me that customer service was "very important and that she would do all that she could to assure my satisfaction." After explaining my experience being lied to by Caitlin Diaz, Iesha made sure to inform me that "nothing was free" as if that made it ok to be lied to and mislead, and that her associate must have misspoken. With iPad in hand, she assured me that she would be able to work something out but by the end of the interaction nothing new or meaningful was achieved. She had the nerve to tell me that a $20 discount off a $220 bill was a significant savings. But within 5 seconds she couldn't even keep a straight face with that farce. Later she informed me that if I paid off the accessories, that I was coerced into getting, that my bill would decrease. She said that with a straight face. My mind was blown at that moment. The assistant manager had the gall to tell me that my bill would decrease if I pay off the items that I was assured would be free. Never have I experienced such a culture of lies, deceit, and smokes and mirror. This store is unprofessional, unethical, and leaves me feeling upset and scammed. I plan to follow up with Sprint, but do not shop at this store unless you're prepared to be scammed and given the run around.
