Did not draw blood for all the tests I had ordered despite me specifically asking the tech multiple times if they were doing this. Will not be going to this location again

Joshilyn is absolutely the BEST. She was so warm and kind-hearted. It was the BEST experience I could have asked for. She called me back within 1 minute of arriving. She definitely knew what she was going and made the process very comforting. She let me take home a cat banner picture, LOL. I loved it!

The whole process was really easy and nice on the website. However, at this location the phlebotomist (or maybe was a nurse) with black hair/ dark toned skin that took my blood was not warm at all. When people are coming to get labs done they are unwell and trying to make sure everything is okay. So it makes it so unpleasant when your phlebotomist is not nice. The whole time she was very sassy with her replies when I simply asked questions (which I feel as a patient I have the right to ask questions.) She didn't even walk me out like I saw her walk the other person out. Not sure why she did not treat me with equal respect as a patient and generally was not nice.

The fat black employee who works here is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She doesn’t understand how Quest’s own equipment works, and was blaming me for the fact that their kiosk automatically took a picture of my feet before I was able to place my ID in the slot. Then acted like I was being dishonest when I told her I didn’t have time to get my ID out and there was no way to return to the prior screen. She just stared at me smiling with a big dumb grin like what I was saying was the dumbest thing she’d ever heard. Then, unsurprisingly, she couldn’t get her own computer to work so I had to go see a different phlebotomist. Is Quest so hard up for phlebotomists that they’ll literally hire anybody with a pulse?

Jocelyn is great. Not sure anybody enjoys having to have blood taken, but she consistently makes the experience more pleasant

Brought mom here for a scheduled test. 2 plus hour wait. All these senior citizens who have been fasting are about to pass out. One staff member only who is being rude w the patients. So not right. Should have more than one staff member working a busy location.

Quest is by appointment only, now. Got there for my 11:30am appointment but the system didn’t recognize any of my personal info (mind you I’ve been going there for over 15 yrs). Fortunately, I had the appointment code with me. The system didn’t recognize that either. I knocked on the phlebotomy door. The girl states maybe it wouldn’t let me sign in because it was past my appointment. I explained to her it wasn’t late when I was trying to check in. Her suggestion was for me sign in as a walk-in. I let her know that the next walk-in is at 2:45 and that I’m fasting. Her response to me was “so is everybody else”. Was there a need for me to exchange dialogue with her... I felt I would have wasted my time. So, I gave a nice goodbye forever smile.Went to my doctor and got a Labcorp form and headed to Labcorp and was seen as a walk-in without any issue. Quest has lost my business over their new computer system and a “sorry excuse” for a phlebotomist/receptionist.

I recently got some blood work completed at Quest Diagnostics, and I must say I had an amazing experience. The check-in process was seamless and the phlebotomist, Joshilyn, is the epitome of excellent customer service. She was kind, engaging, and good at quickly drawing blood pain free.

Waited over an hour and 15 minutes to be seen after my scheduled appointment time. They only had ONE person working for that amount of time. The employee was great but obviously severley understaffed. Where is all that insurance and copay money going to? Not to pay for staff, that is for sure. They didn't even have someone at reception. Just a little kiosk. Shame on management and corporate for their poor staffing practices. Will not be recommending Quest to anyone who values their time and money. American healthcare...what a joke.

I strongly encourage people to not come here. My husband and I have been here, once each, both on separate dates. In the end, we both left in an excruciating amount of pain. While I stopped feeling pain in a few days, my husband has nerve damage and his arm goes numb frequently. He can't do his job properly due to this. The nurses there can't seem to be able to do their jobs properly either, which makes me wonder if they got their license from one of those fake schools...

I went to Quest Diagnostics to have both blood and urine sampled. The automated check in system was easy to use and and the wait time was as promised. I had made an appointment prior to the visit and that probably helped. It was a Friday morning and the number of clients might have been on the lesser side, but the office was not crowded and we were able to space ourselves out, which in 2023 is still a concern for some. The Phlebotomist was very professional, polite and thoroughly explained everything that was being done and why. There was only minor discomfort from the blood draw, despite having six samples collected. She was very good about checking the veins and allowed me my choice of arms for the draw. She asked how I was doing during the draw and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being during the procedure.

This is the best lab location that I've been to in the Triangle. I came in for a scheduled lab draw. I entered the building's main entrance, went up the stairs to the 2nd floor, and opened the door with "Quest Diagnostics" on it. There's a nifty check-in kiosk where you put in your info. I love the availability of hand sanitizer and ample seating in the waiting room. Once you're checked in, you wait in a seat until you get called in. I only waited about 5 minutes. The lady who called me in was super nice and was able to get a quick + painless draw from me. I was done within a few minutes. I highly recommend this place for lab draws!

The only people who need your card information now, then RANDOMLY try to charge you over a month later. I'm giving you my card to charge me now, because I have the money NOW.
