My third visit with Dr. Reynon continued with trusted evaluation of my eye care and condition progression, and a referral to an Opthamologist for the next step.
However, getting a simple letter of referral confirmation, and what to generally expect, met some unnecessary difficulties.
Thank you to Candice, with phone and email communications, a week later, finally provided relatively-needed confirmation, documentation and in a non-typical format for me and my employer.
My follow-up visit with Parkside Eye Care for confirmation and progression was also great! Dr. Reynon was thorough in re-evaluating how well and to be expected and then to clearly discuss my eyes and choices in the future. Kayla was absolutely Great the first visit, as I have said, she followed-up with me after my first visit. Today, she immediately recognized me, came over to me, we visited about my follow-up visit today and many things to continue that Happy connection! You are the best !

Parkside Eye Care genuinely gives that professional family business environment. Starting with the greeting on entering, Dr. Reynon and assistant thorough eye exam and explanations, and to Kayla with her wonderful, kind and fun personality and her experience, suggestions and encouragement on the eye frame that looks great on me! The HAPPY atmosphere is given and received mutually. A pleasure to do business with and know with confidence in their values.

Staff is very professional, new location is bigger, smiling faces, friendly environment.
Our four member family have been going to this clinic for the last 3 years and always the best experience with all the staff members. I have noticed new members replaced recently, I don't know much about them but the old members that I have interacted quite a lot were really awesome.

We are existing customers but had a ridiculous experience . They have a policy that more than two people from same family can’t visit on same
Day.when we have confirmed the appointments, why will we make two trips for same place ?would we leave our 6 yr old go independently, can’t. Booked and planned schedule accordingly but after weeks of booking they made us aware. Extremely disappointed. Very unpleasant experience. Potentially lost a client already.

The entire staff at Parkside EyeCare is wonderful! From check-in to check-out, they are totally professional, friendly, and the eye exams are very thorough. They have state-of-the-art
equipment. Making an appointment is so easy with their online link which shows all available times throughout the day and which Dr is available (all the doctors here are amazing!).
So happy we joined this Eyecare group over 4 years ago! Highly recommend Parkside EyeCare!
