This O'Reilly location is convenient to neighborhoods I frequent in the area.I've made multiple different visits and purchases here over the years dating back to 2020. Today Chris was in the store. I recognized him from previous visits. He always provides a warm welcome as soon as my feet cross the threshold of the entrance. Chris is an exceptional Auto Parts expert and works very quickly at getting what I need. Chris also takes the time to provide educational details on the different options. I needed a headlight bulb because if it's not a fog light it's my headlight bulbs blowing after a few years. The joys of vehicle ownership!Chris was kind enough to put the bulb in for me. I appreciate the service and the staff here not just this visit but every visit before this. I plan to hold on to this experience and I will return to this location if needed again and I will recommend others. Thank You!

Today my car would not start, so once I got a jump, I headed to one auto store and the customer service lacked. I ended up in the vicinity of O'Reilly's and decided to go in and get my battery. Barry was polite and nice over the phone. Once in the store, Barry was extremely busy and was working under pressure; however, Barry was still polite and attentive despite a ringing phone line and several customers in the store to help. I told him I could wait until he got his line down because I was in no rush. After he was able to get to me, he installed my battery and I was on my way. I am so thankful for Barry's ability to handle pressure despite being busy and still rendering exceptional customer service! Please know that Barry is an exceptional Assistant Manager for your High House location! Thank you Barry for getting my car going again!

A little disappointed that I was told over the phone that they would match a price a battery I needed immediately only to find out after arriving to the store I needed to bring proof I found the price lower somewhere else I wasn't told over the phone I needed to do and find it a little disheartening that they couldn't take my word for it.

We went into the store with a battery still under warranty and was not holding a charge for our boat and the two employees (you know who you are) said wait ten minutes and we will put the battery on our trickle charge device and then we will know what to do next. WaIted ten minutes in our car went back in and nothing was done-left the battery with these two to charge it (they pulled up my account using my phone number so keep this in mind) I took the 20 minute commute home and two hours later I placed a call to the store to inquire about the battery and the guy puts me on what he says for a brief hold which lasted over 25 minute hold while I drove back to the store (still on hold) and the two guys that desperately wanted to avoid honoring my warranty and to provide me with excellent customer service denied that I had even called them UNTIL a totally new employee confirmed that indeed these two knuckleheads left my call on hold and that my friends should tell you everything you need to know about this company‼I will get my money back now, just expected the store to honor the warranty and do an exchange but NO! What a joke! Bass Pro will get our business! SHAME ON THOSE EMPLOYEES!

Today I brought in my key fob to get a battery and have them change it. I already knew it might be hard because I had issues and could not fix it. The manager, a nice lady was so patient and kind and really tried to help. She had her assistant take over while she helped another customer. The assistant was able to get it fixed with a little patience of his own too. I am so thankful to them. This was not an easy battery change as most fobs are easy to change out a battery. Great team work there at that store!
