I wouldn’t trust this company as a customer or an employee. As a former employee I was sent a letter in the mail with mine and several other employees SS number. Your personal information is not safe and could be leaked!

Disreputable business. Refuse to honor their prices. They advertise 30% of shirts on Thursdays in July but refuses to apply the discount even though I followed the procedure and requested the discount. Even called the cops.

We had our outdoor cushions cleaned this year and I am beyond impressed with the end result. I have never used this service but absolutely feel it was worth it.

I love this location and staff. They really get to know their clientele, have had really good covid protocol in place even for drive through, and will talk you through any options that may exist for getting your items in the best possible condition. I had a table cloth with sequence that I needed cleaned after a family gathering and the staff at Medlin Davis called me prior to getting it cleaned to make sure they would keep the sequence intact. They have fantastic turnaround time, and I actually really appreciate that they will keep your card on file now so it's one less thing to hassle with when picking up my order. These guys know their stuff, prices are reasonable, and they really care about making sure their customers get the best possible result

They are expensive, not up front about their pricing, their in-store customer service is unapologetic, and they will spam you with emails. Don’t go here.

First time taking items to this location & I will never be back. Items were not properly cleaned. Had to take them back 3x. Managers argued with me & husband when 2 other employees verified that the items were not stained when they were first dropped off. A 200.00 shirt ruined & nothing was done after speaking with 3 different managers. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING OF VALUE TO THIS PLACE. They are unprofessional & will not take care of your items. The owner David & manager Corrine are not running this store properly. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE.
