I went to this location today evening. I had an appointment at 7pm and I arrived the location 5min before but the professional named Cindy came to take me inside the room after 15min i.e at 7.15pm. Once we entered the room, she keep on introducing herself saying i am medical professional and her experience and her age, when she got married blah blah.... Once she started the facial the extractions part came and she did the extractions very very painfully and I informed her 4-5 times that pain is too much and i cant able to bear it and still she keep on extracting my pimples with a pin which left me a deep hole on my skin and got bit blood too. Once the extraction is done she didnt even applied face mask on me and when i asked about that, she said that she took all the time only for extraction and didnt even took extra time on my face as she started my facial almost at 7.30pm and said there is no need to apply mask on my face and asking me to go for chemical peels. Once i am completely done I thought of complaining to the receptionist but even she was asking me to book a chemical peel and was recommending their products. Not at all satisfied with their service and behavior and right now after coming home i saw my face and all the acne became very red and swollen and more painful after the facial. I have booked facial for 1hr and eventually got facial for just 30min.Never ever go to this location and dont opt for professional named Cindy.I just dont understand being as a medical professional and having her own institution, why is she still working in massage envy doing facials?

I am not normally one to do reviews, ever.. but today really calls for one. I had credits expiring and decided to double up today for a facial and a massage. My facial was first, with Brooke. You guys, she is the cutest, sweetest, bubbliest person I have ever met. I was instantly greeted as if we were best friends, and such an upbeat attitude. She addressed my concerns for my facial and left me feeling so confident. She was such a blessing in disguise for my day! Next was my massage with Lauren who oh my goodness was a legit queen. She also was very attentive to my specific concerns and was very communicative. She made sure multiple times that I was comfortable. Both of these women really made me feel empowered and confident leaving the facility. I am extremely impressed by their services. Thanks ME! I hate that I am moving out of town, but I needed someone to know about these ladies!

My sister in law gifted me two gift cards to this chain. I attempted to go to two different locations and would not recommend either of them.

Very terrible service! I had the short blond cut lady who was Rude and rough I told her repeatedly that it was painful and she started soft than end back going rough. Me and my friend got a massage together and we didnt even get our whole time and they tried to say we took forever to get undress but we only took about 5 mins not only that ,they took us back late so us taking 5 mins stop our massage 25 mins early when it was supposed to be a 60 mins .we got there at 9:45am didnt go back till 10:13 , didnt start till 10:17 and stop at 10:52 either way we didn't take that long for them to cut out time that much . Instead of just charging us the 30$ she only did a 20$ . I would not recommend this place at all . I will never go back . WORST MASSAGE EVER

Massages are great, but the people in reception (specifically Shannon) is not an ethical person, she literally took advantage of me not knowing as a member what the member rate for an extra massage was, even tho I´ve been a member for close to 5 years now (I always charge to my card on file and always include the tip) but this time I gave it as a gift so I only had to pay the massage (no add on´s or tip) and she overcharged me. When I confronted her she said, *Well, I can refund you if that´ll make you happy* seriously!!!! Does anyone else thinks that this being well aware on her part is nothing but stealing! I´m beyond disgusted on her attitude and I'm hoping to receive a phone call from the owners or manager at the least

CREDIT CARD SCHEME .....Do NOT give them your credit card ONLINE>>>>>>>>>>>>>> STAY AWAY ..... In December, I was given a GIFT card to this place. When I set up an appointment I was required to give my credit card to open an "account" (even when I planned to pay with gift cards). I had to cancel it because I could not find a parking spot after searching for 20 minutes during heavy traffic lunch hour. The girl on the phone was VERY NASTY, acting as if I was just randomly driving around a parking lot instead of getting a free message with my gift card. Weeks later, she charged my card, TWICE. I reported her to my credit card company and will also report her to legal authorities for WIRE FRAUD after my credit card company completes their investigation. If this was a charge "mistake", then someone needs employee training on wire fraud and phone manners. Just stay away from this place. Most of all, do not buy gift cards from "Message Envy" or support this business, we have other great places you can go. Here are the facts: I got a gift card...had to give my credit card for a new account....have never been here..........did not have an appointment yesterday....and had an unauthorized charge to my card for $110. It is so sad to see this type of criminal management in a business, it really ruins our beautiful Parkside shopping experience.
