We use them for many years and in the beginning, they were very good, but over the years they got lazy and did not want to shop our policy around. We also noticed that their emails got quite rude when we asked questions. This is the least proactive insurance agency we have ever worked with, and we should’ve got rid of them years ago. We are finally glad to be done with them.

Josh was extremely helpful in getting me everything I needed for auto, renters and umbrella. He also spent quite a bit of time with me to explain getting my 16 yr old son covered on auto. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Josh Lipstone that same day and he has been a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly and went over in detail the insurance quotes he sent me. After receiving my homeowner's renewal with a 75% increase, I knew I had to shop around. My first contact would not even offer me a policy, and this is after they had sent me the solicitation. Alarm bells were starting to sound in my mind, and then I found Josh. He found me a total package of home/auto/umbrella that will save a significant amount over my prior company, with equal or better coverage. He offered a very prompt and thorough proposal and was very patient with my questions and trepidation about changing companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Lipstone.

Would definitely recommend Lipstone Insurance! I am a procrastinator and put off getting new insurance until the last second. Steve and Josh were super helpful in getting us a new policy very quickly and for a much better rate! Josh was very knowledgeable & answered every question I had! His years of experience show, especially compared with calling other insurance companies' toll free numbers and getting someone who is basically following a script.
