Store is useless or at least whoever manages their inventory is useless. You've been sold out of all decent whey protein for months now. The only point in a brick and mortar store over online is for availability convenience. If you can't maintain that basic level of functionality just shut the store down. There's no point in being open.

I came in to use the Amazon Locker service. Not sure how customer experience would be for a normal GNC customer, but I have never been made more uncomfortable by a cashier's rudeness in my life. The store was entirely empty, and she completely ignored me and my greeting, and had her back turned for 2 minutes from me walking in. Figured she was busy or didn't hear, so I went up to her again and asked if she could help me out with Amazon Locker. She told me to wait for a couple minutes with a tone as she continued looking to some papers behind the desk. Heard her cuss under her breath and say that she f***ing doesn't have time for this. Long story short, I waited around 10 minutes just for her to get some packages from the back. She slammed the packages on the desk when she came back and I had to wait another 5 minutes after that for her to figure out something with the scanner / Amazon service. I've never been more scared and anxious because of a cashier, the way she spoke to me was as if I had ruined her day by simply existing and entering the store. Not coming back to use Amazon Locker here.

Came in to make a return on an item at around 2:45pm on 11/27. I can be very specific & picky about the way things are done but the cashier was patient and helpful nonetheless.

Showed up at 10 to find no one in the store. Tried calling a few times to no response. Come in the afternoon if you actually want to make a purchase.

These personnel are not wearing face masks, and when you ask them they claim they have lung problems, and you see them and they have a gym body, very well trained physically .... total irrespective....total disrespect for customers. ?

The man that works here( either the owner or manager) not sure is really awesome. He is always suggesting new products to try and really listens to what you like. He's very knowledgable and is very personable with everyone that comes in the store. I hope this store never closes because I love getting my workout supplements here!!

Tim knows his stuff!! Everything I asked he answered! He knew what went with what for what I needed and what I wanted in the future! I will not go into another GNC again! He needs a gold star, raise, Doctor degree because I'd pay for him to be mine! Man is a pure genius and I appreciate every word of knowledge he gave me! I will be back, but will only talk to TIM! HE IS THE MAN!!!!!!!!

When your products change the effects of the victims are less quality. What you label as new formula is not as good as the old. I will look elsewhere in the future. Your customer service people are fine in my book they are not the problem.

The young lady was lazy and didn't care to help at all. Idk if me bringing my dog in the store made it hard for her to focus but couldn't even tell me if the product I wanted would be at another store
