This was a one night stay to visit Raleigh and Cary. I made this reservation months before going so I got it at a very good price.The inside is nice and clean. The elevators are a little slow and probably the oldest thing that I noticed in the hotel. They have a dinner(bar)/breakfast restaurant that you can get food from.The room itself was very nice. The shower pressure was amazing. The bed was made and the access to outlets amazing. Their AC/Heater has been upgraded which was nice.Overall we enjoyed our stay!PS: if you play Pokémon Go, there is a stop at the hotelPros:- Clean and updated- Good water pressure- Parking available- Good middle place to Raleigh and Hmart Cary area- They gave us complimentary water bottlesCons:- Breakfast is not free- We were given 2 keys, but only one of our keys worked- Elevator slow

Room was dirty, especially the platform that the mattress sat on. Got another room and the two mattresses were so bad I couldn't sleep on either. The front desk was very accommodating and processed a refund when it was determined that it was all they could offer me. Hilton, do better!

Beautiful entrance lobby, lovely room, it felt well maintained, and clean. Concierge was on point and check in and out was flawless. We will be back. It has a bar and snacks room for purchase. They also offer breakfast so there nothing missing here.Rooms: Hotels is in good, safe, location. Rooms are nicely executed and spaced. Ice machine worked. Bar was niceSafety: Safe and comfortable area.. You can feel safe walking outside if you want to.

As Hilton Grand Vacations owners, we always try to stay Hilton when traveling (which is often). This weekend we were in Raliegh for a cheer competiton and stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh-Cary. There are not enough words to appropriately sing the praises of our stay. From the unforgettable bartender Monte and the kitchen staff to the front desk staff and housekeeping, they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are not only made to feel welcome and relaxed but included in part of the family environment they have created here! From check in to check out we didnt want or need for a single thing! Thank all of you for being amazing! We will be back to Raleigh in a few weeks for another competiton and will 100% be staying here again!

The green blinking light on the smoke detector in the room was annoying but easily overlooked due to the staff and service. Monte, the bartender, made our one night stay feel special by remembering our names and drink orders.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Staff was very helpful with every need, hotel restaurant and food were nice, property and room were very clean. My only issue is that the thermostat in our room was broken so our room was excessively hot throughout out our stay. This would not deter me from staying here again though.Food & drinks: Plenty of dining options and bars nearby.

Only stayed one night. Room clean and comfortable. Loved the pillows on the bed; slept well. Quiet and peaceful. Close to restaurants, but safer to drive the few minutes rather than walk.

My one night stay was extremely pleasant. The hotel staff provided great customer service. All that I encountered were friendly and helpful. I am giving 5 stars to Monte (bartending). He was extremely professional, friendly and provided excellent service.Rooms: My room was clean. Bed comfortable. Quiet atmosphere.Nearby activities: Observed lots of places to shop. Unsure about other activities in the area.Food & drinks: Observed lots of places to dine.
