Stopped to get gas and check my oil, and none of the dispensers had paper towels. Went inside to ask for a towel and attendant said they don't have any. :| She referred me to the napkins at the coffee station in the corner.

First, the customer service absolutely sucks. Second, why have an air pump that takes either quarters only or check card? I went in to ask for change and the lady very rudely says "you need to wait for a cash sale". Never once made eye contact and just walked right back into her, what I am assuming "break room". I KNOW every register has a no sale button and you are only told to say that. It was only me and one other person in the store. I am asking for change to use a product that has YOUR company logo on it. I am making a sale! I live right down the street. The guys that work there seem to be ten times more pleasant than the females.

Used to come here every morning. Service is subpar. Coffee is cold 3/5 days. Twice in the past week coffee tasted like water.
