My friend recommended that I go to Autozone and have my car's battery checked. I'm glad I made the right choice to go there, and I have to say that the staff was really competent and kind. The man arrived, swiftly inspected the battery, and suggested that since it had been more than six years, I should have it changed. He also offered me the option to have the battery charged; after that, I wouldn't know how long it would last, but it is generally advised to have the battery changed every five years. Knowing the facts, I decided to get the battery changed because i had no jumper start. I give this man a five-star rating for his sincere and kind advice.

I have had multiple terrible experiences with the assistant store manager by the name of Sincere affect towards me has been of annoyance and contempt. The first experience with Sincere, I had been standing in the store waiting for ten minutes to get some assistance. When he walked out I asked if he could help me and he instantly criticized me for how I asked him for help. He told me I was being rude and disrespectful. I asked if he was joking and he said “No, you’re being disrespectful.” Obviously, this is my side of the story, but all I did was ask him for help.Today, I asked for assistance and he made the effort to roll his eyes and “tssk” me. I waved it off. However, when I walked away another customer approached him and Sincere treated him the same way. The customer asked him to not talk to him that way then Sincere told him to stop being rude and disrespectful. He got the other customer so elevated that the customer started to swear in anger.After watching someone else go through what I have been through with Sincere two different times I knew it wasn’t me and decided to write a complaint. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way. The rest of the crew at this autozone hasbeen amazing and the only reason I go back. If you have to interact with Sincere and have a similar experience I suggest writing a review.

I needed assist in choosing some items for my daughter’s car. You have a young man there named Sincere, he was so helpful. He took time and explained how to correctly install some car accessories. He even offered to do them for me if I brought the car back up there. He didn’t rush me or make me feel “old”?? I will be returning to this location, hopefully Sincere will be there to assist me.

I visited the store today and hours later I’m still thinking about how incredibly rude and condescendingly I was treated by an employee named Sincere L. There was a discrepancy between the website and the store computer about an item. What’s weird is that another employee was assisting me just fine and Sincere interjected without being asked. I was so shocked and confused as to why he felt the need to be so incredibly nasty over a windshield wiper that I just asked for a refund and couldn’t get out of that store fast enough. He actually scared me the way he acted so hateful with zero provocation.2/5/24 In response to the reply from Auto Zone, I went to the website and left all of my my info and experience prior to posting this review.

Not so SINCERE !!!!!! Extremely unprofessional!!we have Multiple commercial accounts .i Order from these guys everyday. I walked in today picking up a socket . I told the ASSISTANT MANAGER, I wanted to buy this socket , and have it paid for over the phone, immediately get an eye roll and a deep sigh from sincere “the agm” He asked me for a phone number , i responded “ for the people to pay over the phone or for my account?” . - his response- “I AINT CALLING NOBODY “ ok …. Then proceeds after check out to try and taunt me with the item I already purchased , refused a physical copy of receipt and even called for Jesus . This is an absolute lack of professionalism and training in management . Extremely disappointing to see such a simple transaction be handled so poorly. I will follow up and hope this situation is corrected or we will take our business elsewhere .

Tried to return some un-used sockets I thought I might need. Manager was rude, rolled his eyes, inspected each item as if I had used them, then walked away! Had to put his breakfast up and grab an Arizona tea before finally returning. With no persanability and a rude voice pronounced "have your ID? It's gonna be store credit". Told him not to worry about it.. I'd get my receipts and go somewhere else for return. AutoZone, your only as good as your people. Didn't catch his name, manager with the chipped nail polish on all fingers.. that's the one. ?
