There is tons of classes offered, some i like some i stay away from, but i encourage everyone to try them all.”

He’s learned new techniques for working out while at the gym and at home. He looks forward to going each week because Andrew makes the workouts challenging, but fun for my son’s age. Andrew also creates an accepting environment, but pushes my son and his friend to use their full strength throughout the workout.”

The pool is giant, and they offer all sorts of classes, including Les Mills, yoga, dance, etc.The staff is truly the cherry on top. My son LOVES Ms. Maria in the daycare, and Jade up front. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. If you're military affiliated, the cost of full membership is incomparable.”

“CrossFit Baile is great on so many levels. I started with no experience in CrossFit or lifting and was welcomed with open arms. The coaches really take their time and provide feedback and encouragement. We had to move out of the area but are frequently back and I always hop back into a class! It’s a great environment!”
