You’re treated like a child, you cannot be drinking water or anything.. how much soap are you using..?
Bathroom is not available. There’s plenty of laundromats in town and much cheaper ones too.

This laundromat apparently(?) cannot accommodate large washable rugs, despite advertising that they have oversized machines. Was told that a 9x12 washable Ruggable was too large; person working said she was unsure how large of a rug they could accommodate. Was clearly uncomfortable/worried about oversized rugs being too heavy for her equipment. Try somewhere else.

The people who work here are extremely rude. We weren’t aware of the “no washes past 8:00” rule and we came in around that time because we saw other reviews saying it only takes 30 minutes for a wash. I made eye contact and smiled at the guy who was working there when we came in. He watched us bring our laundry in, put it in the machine, and put our detergent before telling us we couldn’t wash our stuff. The prices for these washing machines are insane. $8 for cold, $9 for hot. Not sure if thats normal now but either way its not worth it. The place is tiny and crowded. There’s no space if it’s even a little busy. Safe your money for somewhere else.

Gina ( I hope I spelled her name right) welcomed me and assisted me, with knowledge of how machines work. ( it was the little details that she explained, that helped me and saved me time). Nice atmosphere. I will be using this laundry facility when I need to!

I went to the laundry this morning and I was greeted by a woman I assume works there who was the most disingenuous and condescending person I had ever encountered. I was being told off as I walked in the door about the stuff in my hand before even getting to read the signage which frankly was all also condescending
I actually almost didn’t do laundry there at all and after thinking about it pulled my clothes out while wet and brought them to a different laundry mat to finish
0/10 I’m not even sure if the woman worked there but she sure ruined it for at least 7 customers because I told all my friends in the area

My husband and I came here an HOUR before closing with not many clothes to wash. We've been here before so we know how long it takes to wash our clothes (which is only 20-30 minutes). An older black man came up to our car with a very rude attitude and told us that we weren't allowed to come in and wash our clothes so my husband told him we wouldn't come back then and he banned him from coming back. Worst place to wash clothes by far and I will be calling to ask what we can do about this situation because talking to customers like that when you're getting paid and on the job is inexcusable.

Even though it says it closes at 9:30, the last wash is at 8:00. When I got there, although my watch said 8:00, they said it was after 8. Another time, they said it was closed at ten of eight and another at twenty of. So I was told to get there by seven thirty to be sure.

Worse place ive ever been to not only is it nasty but the employees that work here or horrible people to the customers not onky did i have an experience with one of the workers there who was sitting outside right at 8 stopping people from coming in even though it takes not even 30 minutes to wash cloths and maybe 30 minutes to dry cloths and they close at 9:30 make it make sense bc it dont the old black guy stopped me at my car at 8 as soon as i got out which i didnt have much to wash and told me i couldnt come in and wash cloths so i said fine ima just stop coming here and thats all i said and he wanted to run his mouth to someone half is age all because hes a lazy no good person who needs to be fired for stopping customers for spending money an hour and 30 minutes before they close i will never come back to this place and i will bad mouth this place to every person i ever talk to again bc you dont run a business like this

Had a positive experience at Willow Creek laundromat. The wash and dry cycles are pretty short, so you will not have to spend your whole day here waiting for your loads. The machines took less than 30 min to wash and less than 30 min to dry my large loads.If you forget your detergent, fabric softener, or laundry bags, they have these available for purchase. Yet, for better prices you can walk to the Walgreens or Food Lion that are in the same plaza.There are quarter machines in the building which will give you quarters for your bills with no surcharge, so you can have quarters to put in the machines. There is also an ATM on site if you don't have cash. The ATM does have a surcharge. You also have the option to walk to the Food Lion that is in the same plaza and they will give you cashback. Also, if you don't want to deal with cash/quarters, this laundromat allows you to use an app to pay for each cycle.There is some seating available at this laundromat for you to wait. The space is clean and quiet. There are also some outlets available in case you need to plug in your phone or something.The worker was knowledgeable and kind, explained how this laundromat works, listened to what my needs were, and made recommendations on machines, cycles, and detergent amount based on my laundry needs.Cons: there is no restroom and also some of the machines work better than others. Some machines even have notes saying they are out of order.Also one disclaimer is that I went on a weekday, early in the afternoon. The experience during peak times like weekends may be different.

The owner of Springhill Park gave a quick verbal tour of the area recommending Willow Creek Laundromat along with how to navigate the local area.Take the following into consideration when reading the following: My wife and I haven't used a laundromat in many, many years.We were presently pleased with the customer service, cleanest, and the variety of washers and dryers.Ed and DiVirginia Beach VAP.S.I'd like to add a few remarks about the kindness we received from the other patrons at this Laundromat:They were from different generations, different cultures, mom's (with well behaved children), men, women and us.... Me (70) and my wife (younger than me). Since my wife is in a wheelchair numerous customers offering assistance is needed. I needed to let everyone know that was a great couple hours. I have been using this laundry mat for years and I have to say I've never had such rude service and all of the years that I've been here until tonight November 17, 2023 at 7:55 PM. Whoever the new person is here is incredibly rude. She promptly yelled at me walking in the door, telling me that I had almost no time to wash my clothes, saying I had to get them in the washer in one minute or leave. I didn't know about this 8 PM rule but there are PLENTY of nice ways to go about saying that to a paying customer instead of yelling and being outright disrespectful. I hope this lady gets fired so you all can continue the good service you've had for years. I will be calling the management on this Absolute horrible woman.
