Replaced my brake lines on my 1995 Ranger in 2 days after another mechanic said he could not get the parts. The other mechanic had the truck for 4 weeks. Will definitely take my vehicles back to Ty for other maintenance. Very reasonable on price and very nice people. Thanks.

SUPER HAPPY to find Roundabout Automotive on a road trip from Ohio to Hilton Head - Thought we had a brake pad issue, Tyler found a seized caliper that was the real issue, all fixed up and my family was back on the road in record time - more than fair pricing - Felicia and Tyler were welcoming, honest and skilled - we feel blessed to have found Roundabout in an unknown area - totally reset our stress level to "0" :)

This place is the definition of more than meets the eyes. I stopped in at 4pm with a seized caliper preventing me from getting home. Every shop around quoted days to weeks for the repair. The team here stopped what they were doing to help someone in need and stranded. A part was ordered and no hesitation was apparent for them to stay until the fix was completed. While waiting for the repair, the jokes and the laughs were flying with the team working and their family. The shop itself is simple, but the work ethic and customer service couldn’t be better.

I went down and talked to owner about changing out the drive belt on my mower, he said he could do it he just needed to order a belt. I gave him all my information and he said he would call me when the belt come in, well I waited for about a week,never heard anything from him. I called and he said it was on it's way should be here by Thursday or Friday. Come Tuesday still haven't heard from him so I call and still said he was waiting on the belt, another week goes by and I still haven't heard from no one I just gave up and ordered the belt myself and had it the next day. I had someone else to do the work even though it cost me more but it's done. If you're not going to do the work or if you don't want to do it just say so.
You will never do work for me or anyone I know far as I'm concerned.

I was having issues with my front brakes and rotors so I went through the process of having estimations done at 3 shops before settling on another local Canton garage. After having the work done, cost me $320, I was still having some pretty severe grinding noises when braking so I brought it down to Mr Sutton for a diagnosis. Tyler took the time to inspect both axles and found that the pins in all calipers weren't properly greased and that the front calipers had partially seized. After greasing all pins my issue was fixed. I was impressed that Tyler took the time to throughly inspect my brakes, rotors, calipers and got me taken care of. Thank you Tyler, I'm out working as I type this review. You got me back on the road, didn't try and upsell me, were very friendly and most of all honest. I will be having Roundabout Automotive do all my future repairs.

I really think this place is a throwback to the past in that you get honest service at an extremely fair price. Not a fancy place so if you require that keep driving. If you need brakes, oil change, or maybe your check engine code indicates a bad purge valve come on in. It's a cash only place so be mindful of that. Ask for Tyler!

We had a break down during a family vacation while passing near Canton. The shop owner and mechanic took care of van even on a Sunday. When most shops aren't open. Thanks to them we made it back home before the Monday we had to be back at work.

This review is entirely for the EXCEPTIONAL service these gentlemen provided for my wife and myself. (They weren't able to do any actual work for the problems her car was having, as it's outside of their expertise). Came here with my wife's 2011 Subaru suspecting transmission problems. They didn't go into a full confirmation detail, but did some fairly extensive up-front testing to confirm my suspicious (which were later fully confirmed at another shop per my wife's request). Couple that with recommendations to help get the problem resolved (including where NOT to go), and this place is hands down one of the first places I'd recommend looking at if you have car trouble.

I would definitely recommend these guys and I plan on going back for a little more work on my truck. Eric looked at a few issues I was having and got things fixed up. They stayed in touch with me while they were working and the prices were good. Glad to have these guys nearby.
