Needed a tow. Called AAA. Hatton’s came out quickly, expertly towed us out of a tight spot, took the car to Hogan’s Auto Repair in Waynesville (also 5 stars), and something I thought was going to eat up an entire day of our trip ended up as a slightly surprising memorable morning. Strongly recommend. Thanks!

The Hatton truck showed up quickly after our call to AAA. Aside from a pesky hornet, the guys loaded up my dead Volvo and took it to “Urgent Car” for resuscitation. Good job!

Alex is the BEST!!!! He saved the day. After a long day on the Blue Ridge Parkway we stopped to get gas. After fueling we went inside for snacks. When we came out the car would not start. Alex came to the rescue and provided a jump start. Then he didn't want to accept payment. We were worried that the car might have the same issue later, and Alex said he had a spare portable jump-starter and let us have it. This is SO RARE I had to write this review. And the very next day we were so happy to have that jump-starter, because we needed it after the next day drive. THANK YOU ALEX!!!!!!!!!!

Aaron and Mark were huge helps in getting my Titan towed just a few miles down the road! It was in a tricky spot but they got it out like it was nothing. They were super friendly and professional about their jobs!

We had an awesome experience with Alex. After being stranded for 2.5 hours he came to our rescue. He was a breath of fresh air! Alex was so patient with us as we worked out the details and weighed our options. And he even waited while I took pictures to document our adventure. We had to ride an hour with him and it was like chatting with an old friend. He made sure we were comfortable and safe. Alex is like a gentle giant… he was kind, caring and patient. We seriously can’t thank him enough for his help and compassion.

Incredible experience. My Marine son was coming back to Knoxville from Camp Le Jeune when he hit a tire on the interstate. 125 miles away and my first call was to Hatton’s. They had him and his car picked up in 1/2 hour and delivered to us in a little over 2 hours. Thank you, thank you !!! FANTASTIC service

A big shout out to Hatton's Towing. There is a very good reason why they have so many 5 star reviews. I initially called them to see if they had any helpful information in getting my vehicle start. They definitely seemed to care about the customers and walked me through a few things that I could personally try so that they did not have to send anybody out. I was not successful in getting the vehicle started and they dispatched a driver immediately and had someone on site within 20 minutes. The driver showed up and introduced himself as Jessee Lowe. We were able to talk things over and he was able to get my vehicle started up for me. Seems like the battery had gone bad and while shifting out of 4 wheel drive it was not able to complete the shift out of 4 wheel drive and damaged the actuator. When I asked to settle up my bill he called out to dispatch and they did not want any money in return. Again a very kind company who cares about their customers and not completely driven by money. Thank you to Hatton's towing!! They were extremely quick an honest people. Thank you again Jessee.....hopefully I won't need to be towed any time soon but will your number will be on speed dial if I do!
