Very professional and friendly. The work and craftsmanship is amazing. On my 2010 Challenger I done the seats myself but couldn't do the door panels and center console lid. Augie and Heather are very professional. She is very good at scheduling and the office work and Augie is excellent with his interior and trim work. They make a great team. The work was scheduled, and finished on time. I have owned and restored 432 vehicles over the years and Augie's work is excellent. I would not hesitate to have him work on anything I own.
