All ACE Hardware stores are always a hit or miss unless they are owned by a good franchise owner. This one is not! Usually out of stock of all or mostly all they commonly brought items throughout the store. And usually you are paying more money for zero convenience.

Prices are on the touch high. Don't buy dog food or treats from this place stick with petco because if you spend 17 dollars on something your dog or cat doesn't like you're stuck with it versus petco will let you exchange it out. Expensive lesson I learned and will only go here if absolutely needed.

Location, location and location. Convenience of driving no more than 10 minutes. Very helpful staff. An Ace customer care card is a plus.

If you gotta find something and don't want to drive to N. Myrtle, you have to check here first...more than likely they'll have it, it's closer and they're local

Was reminded by my spouse of the time went in for one item, a large ladder. I asked a free worker to check a price since no sticker or tag anywhere on it. They ignored me for 10 minutes and admitted this when I tried at the register. ‘Sorry for blowing you off’ ?? Useless people in my experience here

Unhelpful. Needed help getting a bag of fertilizer to my car because it was heavy and burned my hands. They were getting ready to close and they were more concerned with getting people out. I first asked if they had gloves to help me with the bag. The one guy looked around the register area then said "no". That was it, he just ignored me after that. As I was leaving the store he unlocked the door to let me out and I could tell he wasn't planning to help me load the heavy bag of fertilizer, so I asked again if there was any one who could help. He finally agreed to help. After shoving the bag in the car I drove home feeling irritated that I had to practically BEG to get help. When my husband took it out of the car it was ripped from the manhandling and spilled in the car! JUST NOT WORTH ALL THE TROUBLE! I'll shop at the big box from now on!

OMG..... I had entered a few years ago and you only found tools and you know I went again I was very surprised this is a post office they sell paint, tools things for fishing decorations, earrings necklaces and many other things the people serve you very well and they ask you if you need help.....
