Joe and Charles were amazing! Helped me get a car when the possibility was low. Took their time with me, showed me multiple options for a used vehicle, and found me an amazing car! I've been waiting to give a review. Mostly because I was told that since I bought my car from them I had 3 FREE oil changes and tire rotation. I've been waiting and I'm kinda surprised lol my oil change and tire rotation and a additional tire pressure check and fix was in fact.. FREE❤️ Now back to a few months ago when I purchased the car. They actually worked with me. One guy seemed a lil slightly reluctant but he did it. I appreciate it because I REALLY WANTED THIS VAN LOL! Super nice to me. Today they were so wonderful and when I called to let them know I was running late (had to travel from VA) He still let me come in and it was done in a timely manner. I'm very grateful and they didn't treat me like I was some nobody who didn't know anything about buying a car... Even though I truly know nothing about buying a car LoL!! I would definitely recommend! Thank you guys!!

I had the pleasure of working with Mo. He saw my truck listed for sale and made me a great offer. He was prompt with communication and paperwork. The smoothest sale I have ever done.
The transporters where a pleasure to deal with they drove about 4 hours to get the truck. They had all the paperwork signed and complete in about 30 minutes.

Bought a 2014 Escape from them and less then a week later the transmission needs to be replaced. Did some research after the fact and this crossover has been bouncing dealerships down the east coast and was already sold once at Stearns and returned. Could it have been a transmission issue that made the others return it. Now everyone from the dealership is ghosting me. I have emailed and tried calling the GM but get oh you just missed him or he is with another customer.

Went here to look at a specific vehicle, I had confirmed over the phone 3 times the vehicle was still available, even on the day I had the appointment set up, they confirmed it was there. Made the trip there to look at and didn't see it on the lot. I thought maybe it was in the back for a detail or something. So the salesman comes out. He got me in the building. I ask about the vehicle and it's status. He responded with "let me get some info then I'll find the vehicle". I go along with it thinking it's still available and we can get the paperwork started while it's getting finished up. We'll we get some stuff going and get to a stopping point. He gets up to "find" the vehicle only to tell me it's not there and it sold a couple day prior. I got no apology and told him it was messed up, still no apology on behalf of the mess up. So I continued on an was willing to give him a chance to redeem himself. I gave him a monthly budget and my wife gave he certain colors (vehicle is for her). We are on a budget and told him the main reason for the trade in and new (used) vehicle is to bring payments down. We look at a couple (thinking he has our budget in mind). We agree to see the numbers on one the vehicles and he bring out a payments double the budget and more then what we were already paying. He continued to go over the numbers after we told him that's not gonna happen. We had spook to another guy who told us those numbers weren't very possible right now with the inventory they had and our time was wasted buy this salesman who doesn't know what a budget means

Update on my great review I left in March. Do not go here. I bought my car thinking from a reputable dealer it would be better than any other place. Boy was I wrong. Since I have had it I have had nothing but problems. The key in the key I got (fob) was never even cut. We're told the recall had been taken care of, nope no parts available. Still not fixed. It has been a total nightmare. Now my a/c is not working and I bought the extended warranty but was told I would have to pay $820 for them to put freon and dye in it and bring it back in a week and they would be able to find the leak if there was one. I get to get my car after the oil was changed and they tell me I owed $160 since they checked. Never did I or my husband hear them say that. Never again will I do business with them and I hope you don't either. ?. Only one star because it won't let me leave 0. Another update, they wanted to charge us almost a $1000, to supposedly fix my cars a/c. My husband fixed my car a/c for less than $70.
