A small washer machine is $3.75 that’s crazy for a town where minimum wage is $7.25 an hour. I’ve been to other laundromats where I’ve paid $1.25 for small machines. The older rude woman needs to retire. She was micromanaging my clothes as soon as I started loading up the washers telling what to do and what not to do. One of the washers didn’t rinse the towel and 2 small blankets properly and blame me for that. Instead of her helping me fix the issue she told me she wasn’t going to do nothing about it. She said am a call my boss to come I said ok do it I’ll wait and instead her boss told her to tell me to LEAVE. That was their solution. I guess she realized she was wrong and machines not working properly and put my towel and 2 throw blankets back in the washer and problem solved. Was that so hard to figure out? Plus, there’s a bunch of machines out of order. Do not recommend.

This laundromat is clean because it is attended. The machines work and there are plenty of carts to move your laundry.

I came here today giving myself three hours to wash clothes. I loaded three separate washing machines and offered the elderly lady at the front desk back the laundry cap. She was rude refusing one of them saying, "not that junk". After throwing away what she didn't want, I went to my car to wait for my clothes to finish washing. I came back and two of the three washing machines I used had not finished their cycle. She stated that they were overloaded, however the washing machine with the most clothes in them drained the clothes completely. The other two had less and less, with the last one have three material in them, a towel, light blanket and PJs. She insulted me by saying "I guess I should have stood over you so you knew how to use a washing machine". After making that statement she notices that the machines cut off and she had to reset them (they are out of order). They were reset and when I came back the last dryer with the three items in them were worse than before, soaked leaving puddles on the floor. She then says, "you used the wrong washing machine, that one doesn't take towels and stuff", then sh said "when you put them like that three in a row, they sometimes mess up". I begin to get frustrated because if this isn't the appropriate machine for what I have, she should have said that when during the first troubleshoot. She is also gaslighting me! Instead she continues to insult me by saying, "you abused the machine, I had to restart it five times and thought it would drain." She also state "you're grown, I shouldn't have to tell you how to use a machine".I had to pay to use another machine and the lady insisted on instigating a fight with me proclaiming I need to go somewhere else and that I had abused the machine which is why it didn't work. This is the furthest thing from the truth as she failed to communicate with me given the many opportunities presented. She literally sat back, leaned against the table, with arms crossed and a devilish smirk on her face dishing out insults to my intelligence and character.Now what should have taken an 1.5 hour tops is taking close to three hours of my time. And not one time did this lady apologize or take accountability for not communicating. Instead she sat behind the desk sleeping while the machines were malfunctioning the first round, and spent the second round making up insults to pretend I'm in the wrong. Overall, this place is a dump with a whole row and growing, of machines that are out of order.

Have used the laundry a couple of times... Have ZERO complaints and laundry was efficient for my needs...I will return when needed...

Better have a lot of money to spare!! 25 cents gives you a 3 minute dry time. I'll not go there again!!

You can wash/dry your clothes or leave them and they will do it for you. Very nice ladies work there.

love this place and they have full service and will fold and do your cloths, very convenient and clean, ladies are always so helpful and nice, just wanted to add to my past experience the service and laundrymat continues to be the best in burlington and I'm posting this on 1/8/2023, lady's are always so nice and helpful, if you need cloths done well all the time ladies and gentlemen keep coming here for the best full service.

This is the first laundromat that I have ever went to and I have been to a lot, (not going to call any names), that will help you with your laundry. (To of the nicest women I ever met) They will get the change you need, tell you what size machine’s to use, how much detergent to use for your size load ( and everything came out perfectly)They even tell you how many quarters it takes in the dryer’s, so as not to over spend.If I could give them a ten star i would.My place to go from now on

Amazing!!! The wonderful woman running the laundry mat was very kind and helpful. You see they're some of us who haven't had to go to the laundry mat in forever, except we just moved and now don't have a washer and dryer. LoL. We felt very comfortable there doing our laundry. It's clean, quiet, and spacious enough to sit and wait if you want. We will definitely be using this place until we can get a washer and dryer.

Friendly staff, can break bills if needed most of the time. Clean, with many different sizes machines from small loads to extra large.
