I am a frequent shopper here bc it is usually filled with groceries Food Lion in Whitsett doesn’t have. I usually buy cold cuts from Harris Teeter but decided to buy the value pack of all things.. Those cold cuts made me SO sick and I noticed the next day, the grayish color around the edges of the meat. I advise you, all that looks good and well stocked, is not always best!

3:20 Friday pm 6/14…Sad customer service and rude.…What’s with a person handling deli meats with 2 nose rings: 2 things hanging from their nose.? Handling food? Then the person presented 2 types of ham: I asked what’s the taste difference? ‘I don’t eat pork’ thundered across the counter. She could have said ‘I don’t know’. Rude.Then I asked another clerk about a kiosk that printed coupons for Turkey Hill ice cream: dude carried a condescending attitude as the manager had to come show me what the tall guy should have known?? I’ll take my weekly grocery bill to another place that has pleasant, knowledgeable people.

All around a great store. All they stores are the same in grade system, my opinion.
Big fan of Food Lion.

Customer service lacks training and constantly calls for assistance leaving customers waiting long periods of time with food that is perishable. Will not go to this foodlion again. I've had multiple issues.

Great but understaffed. Friendly workers and good variety of products. But the store is overall too small for the traffic it gets and staff is super busy. Yet shelves have empty spots.

Pretty great food lion. Never had any issues with staff and they've always been helpful. Kind of weird that the men's bathroom is in the back in the employee area though.

I've never been treated so RUDE by a person. Cashier at the 12 items or less. I was in a hurry to get to my Daughter's dance. Audition after working All day. She said another couple of minutes would not matter WOW!!! Then the lady wanted to hug everyone and pray. Never gonna go back
