I only rated a star just so I could give a review. I would rate it a negative. There was no greeting, no acknowledgement that I was even there. I counted at least 5 employees and 1 costumer. After walking through the store trying to find what I needed, again 5 employees 1 costumer, I decided to leave. As I started walking out I get asked, " can I help you?". I replied not now. Then the cleck snapped back. As I went to my car the costumer that was being waited on came out and said , " they need to fix their attitudes " . I replied to him, " thank you ". The clerk was just super rude and the other employees were clueless.

Ordered oil and filter for same day delivery didn't receive it by delivery time..called the store dude who answered was rude and short. Fast forward 9 am this morning delivery driver calls me and says she arrived at the wrong location ok cool here's the address again she says 25 minutes away. 1 hr goes by nothing call the store they saygive us 30 minutes 1 more hour goes by still nothing. Meanwhile no refund offered for same day delivery charge and I've been on hold trying to find the stuff I paid for for 3 hours now. Get it together.
