This store is filled with items! Lots of items for kids and teens. They also have designer handbags and scrubs. It was hard to figure out what was on sale and follow the colors on tags. The lady who was there greeted me at first but basically stayed on her phone. Some of the items were definitely worth the money, however most was overpriced. Someone came in while I was checking out and she started talking to them and completely ignored my questions. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

I was helping a friend with hoarding tendencies move. The staff was exceptional in understanding and helping me unload from my car. They were prompt in grading the items and transferring money. I'm grateful to the team for such an awesome veteran owned business.

I've shopped here for almost 3 years but today was my first time bringing things in for credit. The owner Kristy I believe was friendly and helpful as always. The older gentleman even asked if I needed help bringing carrying in my 2 year olds larger baby items we no longer use but have been holding onto for too long. The prices I got were very fair and now that I know how it works I'll be bringing all my donations here for store credit. I always end up getting clothes and shoes there for my daughter anyway. Everything is clean and they have the best prices. And I really appreciate the customer service, it's something I pay attention to everywhere I go and I love to give a shout out and recommend Ann Hope's to anyone.

Ms. Sherri was very helpful today! It was my first time visiting the store and though she hasn’t been there very long, she was bringing me up to speed with things I didn’t know anything about! Such as brands, their system and process of their discounted items. Being a First time Mom I was all ears! They have everything you could ever need, want and then some! Not just for infants, they have things for the entire family! Formerly working at a daycare this place would be a great stop for teachers, parents and anyone looking to buy some great second hand name brand items for growing children. I will be back! Their items go as quick as they come in! They offer store credit as well!

I love this shop! Instantly greeted by the sweetest employees as soon as you walk in the door and I never leave empty handed. From maternity clothes to all things baby and toddler's, it never disappoints! I will return, over and over again! Thank you for providing such a great store with even better prices! See you all again, very soon!

It was ok. It was a disaster mess when I was the. Hard to shop when there are things piled in mountains everywhere. Prices were high for the items. Almost new prices and a lot cheaper prices at other consignment stores.

I love Ann Hope' Corner I found so many Melisa and Doug items that my daughter wanted for her future baby. Love the clothes gently to all most new clothes and plenty of baby needs and essentials. The maternity section was awesome can't wait to go back. The staff very friendly they wore mask and customers wear mask and hand sanitize between each customer. I feel extremely safe shopping here,

Horrible to customers! I had read on reviews that the people that work here are rude, but I decided to go in anyway. The reviews were right! First off, everything is overpriced, and you are given a cheat sheet at the door to decipher the prices of items with different colored tags. Who has time for this?Second, I have been on several occasions and encountered three different people working and none of them have been friendly or helpful.On my last visit, I was looking for a particular item and asked if they might have it. The woman simply said she didn’t know and pointed to the half of the store where it may be. I actually found a bagful of the item I was looking for, and had explained that I needed it to replace something of my daughters that had broken. The item did not have a price on it, and though there were two of them, with no customers, doing nothing, they said all they could do was take my name and number and get back to me when they could get to it. I was still polite, but declined the offer. This seemed to make them mad at me, and the gentleman working started defending his daughter and how she works. I wasn’t trying to argue about anything, and I just wanted to leave at that point. Then he started saying that if I didn’t leave my name and number it would be gone...I had already explained that I needed the item that day while my daughter was at school to replace her broken one. They had what I needed, but didn’t want to sell it, and tried to pick a fight with me over it! I would’ve bought it at whatever price they stuck on it, but after being treated this way several times at this store, I would rather pay full price at Amazon, which is exactly what I did.There are other kids consignment stores in the area that are friendly and wonderful, with better prices. This store will never stay in business treating their customers as burdens. Give your business to Jack and Jill or to Bear Bottoms instead!!!

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I came to the shop after visiting another store across the street. I was immediately greeted by a lovely gentleman who explained how the tag system worked, and to let me know if I had any questions. I shopped around for a while and found some super cute stuff, and upon check out, the lady checking me out was the owner. She and I had a great chat, and again was super helpful on explaining how their tag system works and when prices change. I don’t get up to burlington often, but this will definitely be a reason for me to get up this way! I loved it! My daughter and I will be back!
