After sitting in my car for two hours due to another tow company ripping me off, alamance tow came in less then 20 minutes when the eta was 45. 95 degrees out and was sweating and they were super helpful and understanding ! will definitely be calling them next time i have issues and or recommending them (:

I want to give a Shout out to Dale's Towing Inc. for being the most professional and dependable business in this whole county and Triad! Love their top notch customer service and courtesy at any hour of the day they are there for their customers non stop!

my daughter's car was towed to Dale's after it had been stolen & in an accident. She was only notified after the car was towed to Dale's. We went to pick it up and were told it would cost over a THOUSAND DOLLARS to pick it up. My daughter was the victim of theft and now she is being victimized again by this towing company! They threatened to not let her take her belongings out of the vehicle until she paid. The police came and escorted her to the vehicle to pick up her stuff out of the car. She is having to pay this herself. Not to mention fixing the damage caused by the person who stole her car. DON'T USE DALES! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED VICTIMIZING A VICTIM OF THEFT!
