Had a great experience with a window replacement for a bathroom - replacing existing windows with a pane of obscure glass. Michael initially quoted the work and Randall and Tyler did the installation. All 3 were outstanding- professional, knowledgeable, kind - couldn't have asked for better service!

I filed a comprehensive claim on my auto insurance for a driver window that shattered on my truck. I asked for Alamance Glass and they called me the same day to schedule, came out and replaced in a timely manner. Everyone was polite and professional. The guy that replaced the glass found the window regulator had gone bad and followed through to see that I was able to get the right part and get it replaced. I’m not sure the shattered glass caused this or just worn out, but he went above and beyond what most people or companies would do. I’d recommend Alamance Glass to anyone.

Got my windshield replaced here a few weeks ago. Drove home and then noticed a 2 inch scratch on it (I had checked it before I left the shop).
Not in the driver field of view, but after seeing it, I'm sure my eyes would lock in on it immediately every time.

So I called Alamance Glass right awayand they asked that I return so they could check it. Came back and the manager agreed, it was scratched.
Scheduled a time to come get it swapped out a week later (my call, they were willing to do next business day).
Came back and they swapped it super fast (maybe 30 minutes).
Glass was perfect this time. Great job. Mistakes happen. Just glad they stand by their work and take pride in doing the right thing! ❤️

Burgundy and Shane were amazing!! They repaired a main entrance door at my job today and even checked out the other door to make sure it didn't have any problems. They had amazing customer service and it was very refreshing!
