They are ridiculous on pricing. I get, it you're the only local hardware store in town, but you PRICE GOUGE so hard it's unethical. Y'all should feel bad.

I been renting and buying from Lanier hardware in burgaw nc no issues till today I rented a pressure washer picked up on Saturday at 149 pm I paid for a day 68.00 returned it Monday at 157 pm the young lady sure if she runs it but she very rude said I owe for extra day I ask why she said I rented for one day I said the guy said it be one day we closed Sunday. so I had it back Monday I thinking if I had it back by when I picked up I was good not case. she said I owe for extra day . so I didn't have my wallet because I rushed out to return it I told guy I bring g money on Tuesday she said as I walking away if you don't pay it you can't rent here again with nasty attitude. I was very displeased and I feel she out of line and expressed it to them when I paid and trying to get a answer why I was charged a extra day but never a answer. never go back

This place is great. Staff is friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond. I rent equipment a lot from there and it’s the easiest process. Quick, easy, and convenient. Will continue to be a customer.

2 years ago we bought property just outside of town and had a house put on it and thank God for these people with this hardware store they are the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I have ever had a deal with Makes me extremely happy we decided to move where we did I know that if I need anything I can walk in there and they will have it. Not only do they have a great hardware store they are also great as neighbors.

I can not fully express to you how much i appreciate this company and it's owner. I came buy one night right before closing looking to purchase a part for a leaking water line. Once the Owner found the part that I described to him, I got to the counter only to find that I forgot my wallet. Without hesitation the owner offered for me to take the part home and pay him the following day over the phone. Like I said before....no words can express how grateful I am. Thank you guys so much for doing that for me.
