Maybe don’t talk about some random girl stealing from your store when the only customer in the store is a girl. I bought coffee and it’s extremely uncomfortable to be at a store at 4am while two employees talk loudly about some random girl they think stole. A very uncomfortable experience for someone who just went to the bathroom and bought the coffee and left. I maybe would have looked around the store but hell no. I’m just a regular white girl out going for a hike.

A nice good stop to get gas and coffee and others things you might need the parking lot is nice and clean the people that work at the Shell station are nice and polite and respectful and friendly and helpful keep up the amazing work words of encouragement pass it along please and thank you

Don't use the car wash 2nd time in 3 months I tried using it and the card reader won't run my card just flashes AUTHORIZING and never goes through. And I'm not using a metal card.

This Shell convenience store/gas station is conveniently located on Veterans Boulevard, the road up to the Hwy 74 on ramp. In addition to fuel, they have a convenience store, and a drive through car wash.

They have the lowest has prices in WNC, friendly staff, nice snack selection, awesome car wash, and a clean bathroom for a gas station.

Called to let the management know someone besides me tried to run 100 dollars on my debit card at that establishment and Rick the manager hung up on me after telling me they automatically charge 100 dollars then return whatever is left....so won't be stopping there again ever.

I’ve bought my gas ONLY at Mountain Energy/Shell for 30 years. I’m a little upset to find that my cousin, Terry, who also buys gas and cigarettes there, walked into the Bryson City Shell Station last night, April 17, 2021, to be told he was banned from that station, and this was his last warning. When Terry asked why, and replied that this was the first he had heard of it, Terry was told to leave and wasn’t given a reason. If this is the way Shell allows their cashiers to treat life-long customers, with no explanations or apologies, I may never put another drop of Shell gas into my vehicles, and hope Terry also finds himself another gas station, and spreads the word as much as I intend to. I would expect the owners to know a little more about what’s happening at their place of business...don’t you have cameras? Diane Wike
