I spent 21.2 hrs trying to get a new line He made me change my number because he could t figure out how to transfer it to new phone gave me phone I did not want a plan I did not want He would t not listen he talked about himself and had to make at least 6 calls to open a simple 2 line acct I came out with a plan I did not want A phone I hate and no instructions on using it I sat down and cried when I left but -had to turn around and come back -thankfully someone else was there - he had not deleted my old number And nothing had transferred to new phone couldn’t get my email or message Still isn’t working right this was a disaster I have no idea the price of the phone he talked over me and Gave me acct and phone I didn’t want it need

Very few options for phone accessories, the whole store is empty and poorly laid out. Staff were rude and not helpful.

Worst decision I've ever made!Needed help with a settings issue on my old phone. Resolved it on my own while waiting. Should have left then. Instead, I convinced myself to upgrade. Phone was ordered. Paid $100.00 for free phone. Whatever.... Called that phone arrived. Transition was not pretty. After almost 2 hrs I was told I had to take everything to the franchise store. When I began questioning what to expect at the new location, I was asked to, "Just leave." I knew the tech was frustrated. But I wanted information. I stayed in the store while he fled to the back. Next thing I know, I'm being told he's going to call the police. Corporate store solved the setup in minutes. Unfortunately, I have to return the phone to Russell Cellular. Impossible since the location isn't open even during posted business hours.

Poor customer service. They sales rep was so lazy would not even access my account. The only thing he said was for me to take my phone to blah blah blah to get them to fix it. ?.

Jonathan was amazing to work with! He went out of his way to stay after closing to make sure that everything was set up and ready to go for me. The process was simple! He went above and beyond!

I went in because I bought a phone with them about a year ago and was never given the screen protector box after to get the warranty on it. I broke it this past weekend and went in with no notion that I should’ve registered the box when I got it, because like I said, I was not given the box. The manager or whoever the scrawny jerk was in there had absolutely zero social skills and was beyond rude. I explained the story and he told me I should’ve registered and I explained once again they didn’t give me a box and he said “oh so they just threw it away, yeah i find that very hard to believe, okay” I responded that I had no reason to lie to him and he once again went into saying “yeah well my guys would never do that so”. He offered me no help and just stared blankly until I naturally said “thank you” and left. I was willing to even buy a new screen protector but not after that treatment from a what looked to be a 17 year old boy. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

EVERYONE is always so helpful at the Russell-Cellular location. Logan helped set up my new phone and I can not say enough good things about her both professionally and personally. I was totally impressed with her efficiency, and for the personal side, I would claim her as a daughter! There has never been a bad experience at this store! I kind of want to keep it a secret..but I just can't. LOL

Jakob did a fantastic job giving us the information we needed to make a good decision about a new phone. He was focused and on task but very comfortable to hang out with while we waited for downloads, etc. The best experience I’ve had at a cellphone store!

Jakob was great and got me what I needed with no hassling. There’s gonna be technical difficulties anywhere but this was a pretty easy phone buying experience and I’d recommend this place to friends.
