Items never appear to get delivered to address in Boone. Maybe once in last 4 items I’ve sent. I’ve even sent from different post office locations on my end. Not sure what’s happening with all the mail.

Never delivers package , just keeps putting pink slips with no reason why. There is no excuse since me or my wife are always here

If the regular route guy is off, i don’t get my mail. Packages get a lying message about not being able to reach box. Looks like they have to be truthful rather than lie. Forget calling for help, the box12x12x12 inches won’t fit in mail truck. Absolutely ridiculous .

I love this post office! Robin is always friendly and helpful, and I think it's great that this historic post office building is still in use. Just a note-they are open Monday to Friday until 4PM-closed on the weekends.

My package hasn't been delivered for 6 days and the only update is "out for delivery" in the morning, and around 4:30 it updates to "held at post office at customer request". At no point in my life have I asked for the USPS to keep any package of mine, what's worse is the person working inside, is "clueless" about why this could be happening. The slowest most careless people in town all working together to lose/damage your mail. I wish Boone had any other options.or staff that actually tried to do their job. I'd give negative stars if I could.

Recently had an issue with a prescription being placed in the wrong box at a local apartment complex but Jack, at the post office, was super friendly and helpful, as he called the carrier to investigate. They corrected the misplacement and Jack promptly called me back to let me know it had been resolved. Really appreciate someone going out of their way to help.

I wish it could be 0. Never on time, missing FOUR deliveries on the same package. Never once has their phone line been available and rescheduling a shipment is a complete joke as they cannot get it right. They lied about not be able to deliver to a "closed location" which is a business that still exist! They need to just shut the whole Boone office down or start over.

I went into this post office and the front desk lady was rude for absolutely no reason. I do not recommend going here, terrible customer service.
