I worked at this pretty disgusting location for about 3 days. I do not get paid for the work I have done here. So I worked for free. This company is definitely not a good company to work for. Hopefully they get better management all together.

The new Store manager, Amy, is amazing and has done a great job organizing the products in the store and the employees motivation has seemed to improve. Great store with great management!

Just so you all know, the b manager lady is gone. Give the rest of the staff a break because I know they are doing the best they can and some customers can be very rude and entitled.

We all should look for a charity who does not have a CEO that makes $ 500,000 a year. They make it convenient to drop things off but some workers are rude and cynical. There are other charities in Boone who do more for our community. It’s worth the effort to drive down town or to Salvation Army.

This is the smaller of the goodwills in Boone. Well organized. No issues. Everything was clean. This is the smaller of the two goodwills in Boone.I didn't buy anything this trip. I just find goodwill to be more expensive than others.

Small, little Goodwill. Found a few little things. Very little furniture at this location. Prices were a little higher than most. Cashier friendly.

I hesitate to write this review because Goodwill on Boone Heights was one of my favorite stores to shop until a few days ago. The manager, Shelia is usually not very nice to me, but whatever, the rest of the employees I have dealt with have been super friendly. However, when I went in last week, she was having a tirade on some of the other employees. I feel sorry for them, it seems like a toxic work environment. I suppose I will just move my shopping to the store on Hwy. 105.

Would love to move there. Very beautiful and scenic. Nothing like mountain air. Takes about 3 hours from statesville n.c. If you haven't taken this day trip and you love the mountains it is a must. Bet you will go back.
